“I contacted Tower by email when one of the grill plates for my airfyer was peeling. Sophie responded very quickly asking just a few questions then arranged to send me a set of two within a few days. She was great to deal with”

“Needed to contact Tower as roasting trays missing from my new airfryer. Spoke to Liberty very pleasant young lady. Explained the situation she promised she would contact me when they were back in stock. I was emailed as promised & advised the trays were on their way. I was very impressed by this service. Now awaiting delivery which should be in the next couple of days. Well done Liberty & Tower.”

“We were considering buying the rotisserie basket from amazon based on cost but this would have been a big mistake. We decided to buy directly and we were amazed at the quality and size of the basket. The basket size was not displayed on your website but for anyone wanting the size, the size are diameter 14cm x length 31.5 cm. great fit in the Tower Express Pro Combo.”
