“I am so happy to have been able to replace my much loved air fryer with exactly the same model. The original has been used constantly since 2020 and it was perfect for our use. The best part for me is the inner basket that makes serving your food so much easier.”

“Within a week of purchasing a cordless vacuum the accessories holder broke. I telephoned Tower and explained to SOPHIE that I was aware that the retailer would exchange the vacuum. But as the vacuum wasn't faulty and I really only needed such a small spare part "Would it be possible to post the replacement part out to me?" Within an hour and a couple of emails later SOPHIE had organised this. How refreshing to find someone that works in customer service who goes above and beyond. So THANK YOU Sophie, not only did you save your company a great deal of money you saved me a lot of hassle. You're a super star!”

“What will I get for my review ?? , will i be rewarded ? . I will say I was unhappy with the packing and delivery, there was no outer box for extra protection and the box was damages , including holes in 3 places , the box had been opened as the delivery receipt was in the bottom of the box when I unpacked it all , why is that ??, simply tape the receipt to the box , i reported this to the delivery service and had no reply ,Mr C.Shaw.”

“Cooks well with lots of useful modes However; take care as rubber grommets regularly fall off & have landed in food. Be careful. Also internal screws work loose quite often. Easy to tighten but annoying”
