“Hi, I have just purchased two of your frying pans - and they are great. However, I have tried to extend the warranty but it seems necessary for me to give my date of birth. What this has to do with my purchase, I have no idea. I do not give out specific details for obvious reasons - a category of age is one thing but I do not state my exact date of birth. I would appreciate being able to extend the warranty without having to give this information on the internet. Thank you.”

“Tower's quality products are backed up by excellent customer service. My recent purchase of a Tower family grill has been a joy to use. The grill heats up quickly, and cooks chicken and steak within minutes. The removable ceramic plates are simple enough to clean after a meal, thus making it possible to conjure up a deliciously cooked meal when in a hurry.”

“Website ease of use, no gaudy rubbish getting in the way, easy and simple viewing of products, good descriptive information and images, some videos as well to highlight what is on offer. Prices may seem high at first, but that is not a reality when you feel the quality of the products. We have a few items from here now and will be slowly replacing most of our older kitchen wares.”

“I purchased tower ceramic stone coated deep fill sandwich maker. I realised later that the plate size is rather big, meaning I should use large size slices of bread. This is still okay. However, what I found missing was crispiness which I find better in my moms appliance. Otherwise it is an excellent product.”
