“I have at home two of your products, the pressure cooker with smoker and halogen oven. Generally we are happy to use them nearly every day, they work nearly excellent. But there is few issues, why I cant give it 5 stars. Halogen oven: the print near setting buttons started to come off after short period of use, shortly there will be no signs of temperature and time settings. Also timer got stuck few times, so we cant any more let cook the meal and leave the house. And the pressure cooker: the manual is very poor, we needed to find on its own, how to operate the device. And my disappointment just grew bigger after I discovered the crack near the handle. This must happened during shipping, but I found it about two weeks after delivery. I did not spot it straight after box opening, it expanded and become visible after first use. But I am convinced that third time will have a good luck, I am going to order another p. cooker smoker for my friend as a wedding gift. Hope this time will be everything OK!!!”

“i have always used tower products and have recently changed to an induction hob and am delighted that tower products can be used without any problems. my new pressure cooker being one of these items. it easy to use and holds enough for the whole family. i would recommend it to anyone as it is quick and efficient.”

“My Tower pressure cooker is the aluminium 4 litre machine called the 4374. A date stamped on the lid is 1987 but I've not had it that long. I think since 2002 or 3 and it's given fault-free service ever since until now. Living alone many people find cooking for one a problem. I can't comment on that but it hasn't been for me and that's probably because of a convenient size pressure cooker (and a freezer). I've sometimes thought singles I should write their recipes down. I'm also a motor-caravanner where kitchen space is very limited and the pressure cooker is useful beyond comment. There have been a few fellow motor-caravanners over the years who have said they would buy the same model on seeing mine and my use of it. I've also bought the same model as occasional gifts for friends. Sadly, mine has developed a small fault in the lid handle – after 15 years. In my opinion it is a small fault in a plastic clip which would be easily and safely replaced. Tower is cautious and does not want to supply the plastic piece (a spring clip, no more) and the cooker can (not so easily) be operated without it. I'm choosing to replace the cooker and I've closely looked at what's available. My decision is to replace it with the same model – the 4374. It's an ideal size for one, or even two, it's simple and robust (even with a 15 yr old plastic clip which I would make available as a spare part) and it's inexpensive – I can buy a new one for about £26 - and the only possible reason I would have to get a different model might be to try for the same but perhaps in stainless steel to take account of modern induction hobs.”

“Found a small frying pan that works on my induction hob, the colour changing enamel is unique and makes it so easy to know when it is hot and also when it's ready to be cleaned. Ingenious idea!”

“Bought for an induction hob for which frankly they simply are extremely inefficient don't work at all on some areas. Today it cost me £95 for an engineer to call as we assumed it was a faulty hob only to be told it was the pans he used a different smooth bottomed pan and the difference was absolutely amazing. No satisfactory response from Tower they say go back to the retailer it was a year ago (yes I have been struggling with the hob/pans that long). They are the manufacturer frankly I consider it their problem the pans are not fit for purpose-Sharran”
