“It is lovely to put the food in and leave it, so far all food has turned out perfectly cooked and the keep warm feature is a bonus if your not quite ready with other parts of a meal. looks good on the work surface. i find i am using it a lot more than i had anticipated as it keeps the room in the cooker free for more dishes. vegetable are steamed or cooked well with all goodness left in them.”

“I can't say how happy I'm that I bought tower blender. It's exactly what I wanted and even more. Perfect for making smoothies ,sauces and cocktails when friends are around. It is well worth the price! I will definitely purchase from them again :) big thank you for lovely customer service experience and quick delivery. I fully recommend.”

“Recevied the Item as expected and the quality of the product was more than what we expected. We took the 6L pressure cooker which is very great and the food cooked was very nice and Quick. I would Like to refer it to one of my friends as well.”

“3 in 1 reversible kebab grill. Good product. Excellent non-stimulating coating. Energy efficient. Quick easy clean. However plate is a bit wobbly.”

“""Customer service appalling. I rang two weeks ago to claim on my warranty for my blender. Never got a call back regarding the replacement part. I have tried to get through three more times and each time have had to leave a name and number as no one to answer the call. Someone did call back when I was out but only asked me to call in again!! Will think twice about buying Tower again.”

“Christine Holmes I have bought all my new Tower replacement pans for my new kitchen from ideal world tv. I have been married 40 years in September 2017 and my first pan set was a wedding gift, a Tower 5 piece pan set. I have used them up until I bought 2 new full sets to replace them. They are amazing quality and outstanding value. They even make my meals taste great (that's an achievement in itself). Even cooking throughout. Buy with confidence. 40 years of using tower pans says it all.”

“I bought my blender from yourselves and am so happy with it. Where as other brands you can only leave the blender running for a few minutes and then have to switch it off. The Tower Blender has the power to get the job done first time with no problems.. I love it”

“I'd always wanted to be able to smoke some foodstuffs and bought this mainly for that purpose; it's a great pressure-cooker also and very useful and convenient (easy to use too!) Sadly, I remember the 'old' quality and this does not compare to being half as sturdy - even down to the Tower logo which fell off after the 1st use as it is plastic and (not metal) and only has simple adhesive to glue it on. After an initial trial and error, I have used the hot-smoking feature many, many times for pulled pork and beef dishes and have been delighted with the flavour and tenderness of the meats, however, it will not cold smoke at all. I love smoked fish and cheeses and have tried this function several times but the smoker will not heat up and I open the cooker several minutes later to find food exactly as it was when I 1st put it in. The pressure-cooking has been great and so easy when compared to my older non-electric cookers, so I have really put it to some tasty recipes and loved the simplicity of its use. I'd love to see more recipes included to put it to full use, but as time has passed, I have become used to how it operates and made up my own...some have had to be re-cooked for a few minutes longer as I've been working in the dark somewhat due to so little guidance when it was purchased. Overall, I would be lost without it and would buy again, even though I cannot make full use of all its features.”

It is however, a shame to see that the cold smoking function isn't working for you. Providing everything has been followed on page 13 of your manual, I can't see why this isn't working :(. “Pots are well designed, i just love the the liquid measure's on the inside of pan's, the frying pan is fabulous, nothing stick's to it, pot's and frying pan are very to easy to clean, They are the only shiny cookware in my kitchen, and they look great.”
