“I just purchaced a TOWER 58L square sensory bin, colour almond, it looks fabulous in my kitchen i wish i had puchased sooner also great if you have children as they dont need to touch the bin top marks Thank you Joanna”

“I bought a set of pans from shopping channel and supposed to have 10 year guarantee but following short use of the frying pans the handles became loose and unable to tighten the screws to secure the handle. I contacted Tower who sent replacement handles which didn't fit the pan correctly, also the frying pans have discoloured quickly resulting in them being impossible to clean. Have now bought a new set of pans which are much better with regards to cleaning and far more substantial.”

“Great new pressure cooker to replace our old one (also from Tower) - We only had to replace it as we installed a new induction hob and the old one didn't work with that. Bought another Tower as the old one was a sturdy workhorse and made 100's of meals for us over the years. Just tried the new one and normal service has been restored!! Great products and highly recommended :-)”

“After my husband scalded his hand with the microwave plate coming loose I emailed Tower customer services and asked if the loose plate was normal or if they could suggest anything. Not had any reply at all which I am really disappointed with. Shall not be buying this brand again unfortunately..”

Good Morning, We are very sorry to read of your experience, I have checked our mailing system and we've not received an email from the supplied email address :( The only reason for the plate to come loose during use is that it was not correctly installed before being turned on with a plate or bowl on top. If the plate is not in place correctly then as the turntable rotates this will allow the plate to 'slip'. I hope this helps somewhat. Kind regards, Tower Customer Support.

“We still have the 4300 series tower pressure cooker which I am using as I write this review. It is around 20 years old and now I am looking to purchase a new tower pressure cooker because unfortunately it has become a dinosaur and I can no longer purchase the old seals for it. It has been an excellent servant and I will continue to use it until the last seal (one more) shrinks and I can no longer use it as a pressure cooker. Looking forward to another 20 years with a new one the T90103. Thanks Tower for many happy hours of cooking and delicious meals.”

“Contacted for a Safety Valve part for my old pressure cooker. Nicole at Tower was very helpful. Although all parts are now obsolete, for just £3.99 delivered, I'm going to try an identical looking valve part from another model to see if it fits. If it doesn't fit, Tower offered me a 35% discount on price of a new cooker. Great service so far!”
