I purchased this stand mixer after my Kenwood which had been handed down from my mother broke and the repairs were costly. I have now done several bakes using this mixer and i would say that it does the job, cakes are light and fluffy as they should be. The only negative is that it is a bit louder than my Kenwood was on the highest setting. Delivery was brilliant as it was delivered within 48hrs of ordering.

As we're new to air fryers it took a bit of working out. We've only used it a few times but getting the hang of it now. Ideal for two/four people, cuts down cooking time, not too messy (best to wash after each use). We've been putting off getting one for a good while but now feel it has a place in our kitchen, though not totally replacing our oven.

Bought a 31/2 litres Tower slow cooker this product is well made and very well packaged, it is simple to use and cleans very easily after use. Comes with a 3 year warranty for peace of mind, delighted with this product. Thank you

It's smaller than I thought it would be but still ok. It's harder to clear than the single drawer one I already have. I can cook more than one thing in it. Early days yet still learning how to cook things in it.

Air fryer stopped working on first go, heated for 2-3 mins then died. Replaced the fuse, still nothing. Very disappointed.

I'm new to Air fryers. I am delighted with the Air fryer,I would highly recommend them to family and friends.The only downside to Air fryer is that the tuch buttons you have to press it a couple of times to get it to work I am getting the hang of it.

Absolutely brilliant, love it. Everything cooks so quick & having the dual baskets, which arrange for different foods to be ready at the same time, is just fantastic. My Mam has since bought one, after me telling her how good it is & she loves hers just as much as me.

I bought my mum a VL30 Plus vacuum, and to be fair it's performing well at the moment. But (and it's a BIG but), there are no spare filters available (the VL30 has two paper filters that need to be changed every few months). In fact, Tower has NO spares for ANY of its vacuums (just have a look at the 'Spares' section on the website). You can't get the filters anywhere else, either – trust me, I've Googled the hell out of it. So there's no point in buying a Tower-branded vacuum because you won't be able to maintain it properly. To top it all, customer services failed to respond to my email about this. Hopeless.

Tower window vacuum failed within three years of purchase and Tower are refusing to honour the three year guarantee on the basis that it should have been registered within 28 days of purchase. The original box that I still have flags the three warranty. The item clearly should have lasted for more than three years and Tower are side stepping their responsibility on this technicality. Poor show of customer service.

Hi I was sorry to read your comments about your Tower Window Vacuum. All of our products are supported by a robust warranty scheme and customers have the opportunity to extend their products warranty up to a period of three years free of charge. This must be done within 28 days of your purchase and is mentioned within your products Instruction Manual. I was sorry that you felt we as an organisation are side stepping our responsibilities - this is not the case.
