“I have tried 2 other brands of soup makers in the past. Stainless steel burned all ingrediants. The other was returned to shopping channel as it was so high on the stand it was unsafe. My tower soupmaker is just perfect. You can see through the glass jug and watch it cook. Easy to clean, simple easy operation buttons. The build is excellent quality and looks good on kitchen work top. A versatile piece of equipment for delicious soups,sauces,milk shakes and hot chocolate to die for. Great for left overs for soups and healthy eating. The price was amazing for the quality. Im a tower convert and pleased to support a British company. Well done tower!”

“We really love the air fryer. It's quick, clean and efficient with no unpleasant cooking odours or mess. It's certainly a lot cheaper than other makes without compromising in quality we feel. Now my son wants one.”

“Ceramic pans from ideal world..... After watching the TV demo I bought these pans. I contacted Tower for advice before using the pans and was told to pre coat with oil and wipe out. Despite doing this the pans stain and do not clean up as they do on Ideal World demo. waste of money”

“Recieved the 6L stainless steel one touch pressure cooker as a present. I was a bit apprehensive about using this as i thought it may be difficult but it was very easy to use and it the best pressure cooker i've ever had!. The person who gifted it to me said it was delivered super quick also.”

“I bought the 7 piece set of the tower pans less than 2 years ago thinking that because they have a 10 year guarantee they are durable and reliable. I WAS VERY WRONG!! I haven't cooked pancakes for my children for a long time. The 'pancake' pan is still new, but sticky and unusable! The other pots are worn off and none of them are non-stick!! Why do you sell substandard products and pass them off as superior? I wasted money on the 7 piece Tower set!! I want my money back, or give me the genuine pans that would last 10years! I still receive emails from yourselves marketing your products. Are the rest of your products genuine? I feel that it's only fair that people should be warned that they're fake. I am still waiting for your response.”
