Disappointed as had to get rid of previous air fryer due to finding out it was a fire hazard. Replacement is the same air fryer just different model number. Due to the inconvenience I would have thought an upgraded model should have been sent as good customer service.

Have received quickly a replacement for the recall of my Tower. The temperature control does not turn to 200 . It stops at 180. I wonder about the accuracy of the temperature.

Tower Grey 3.8 Litre Air Fryer was received on 22/04/25 to replace the Faulty Air Fryer that was in a news article two weeks ago, Emails were exchanged between myself & customer service, completely free due to the Faulty Air Fryer in article, I am very happy with the new Air Fryer

Never received my order Emailed tower to be told that Evia had lost it but looking on the tracking they never received it Now the item is out of stock again I believe it was already out of stock and not posted!!

I was unlucky enough to have purchased a Tower Compact Air Fryer which has recently been part of a recall. The process for getting a replacement was quick and easy with the replacement air fryer arriving promptly. I was a little suspicious of the packaging as the item had clearly been opened before. Guess what - the replacement does not work and causes my electricity circuit to trip off! Come on Tower, this is completely unacceptable! Totally lost faith in you as a company.

I can’t praise Tower enough. My air fryer was one that was recalled, I filled in the required information online Monday and my chosen replacement was delivered today (Thurs) One satisfied customer, thank you!

Following purchasing a TXP30PET upright hoover, checking the hoover and box there was nothing to hold the pet accessory tool to the hoover, searching the manual - nothing and then called in and the advisor could not initially advise/support. Something that should be on the hoover rather than putting at the side and not losing or damaging. A wee miss from Tower.

It’s really good and cooks food really nicely. It took me a while to learn how to use it but it’s all good now. I still don’t know what setting for some foods that are not options on tab but I still really love this airfyer
