Customer service was excellent which is so unusual in today's world. My tower Air fryer had an issue couldn't supply it to repair so is sending me a new model I had warranty which obviously helped.

Read the instructions on how full it should be (not more than 3/4)(a weight limit would be helpful Tower). Set rotary option on panel(otherwise it won't rotate). Works well enough.

They found me a timer button for my air frier that was bought in late 2021. Couldn’t get better customer service than this!

Looked at other airfry and the tower one had great reviews so decided on the T17088 to be the best overall for the money .Easy to use and clean. Quick and efficient and had plenty presets and look very smart in my kitchen. Would recommend to friends and family

hello I lost a small guard/protector off my Tower Air Fryer T17021. I got in touch with the support team and explained what had happened. Harpreet responded very quickly and sorted my problem out. The part arrived very quickly and now sits in its position on the basket handle and makes things safe. How long do you have for the Easter holiday? Sent email to customer service and they said they are on Easter holiday, this was today. Have not received my complete erodes. Not impressed.

Hi We were disappointed to read your comments. The message you received was an acknowledgement of the receipt of your communication - it also confirmed the timescales as to when you could expect a response from us. Having investigated your enquiry your communication was sent at 15.38 yesterday and we have provided an update to your enquiry well within this timescale. In addition due to the size of your order it was delivered in 2 phases with delivery tracking showing all parcels have now been successfully delivered. I bought this Tower Airfryer in October 2022. And already there a bits of plastic coming off the handle. Every time you pull the drawer out another piece breaks off. I wouldn't buy Tower again.
