From time of order to receiving my kettle it is the black rose gold pyramid kettle it's stunning and only took 2 days to arrive easy to register the 3 year guarantee and I liked that there is a customer service number i can call not any video chat so am very pleased :)

Dual Basket Air Fryer, Well pleased, Build & Quality Good, Double Trey’s working independently makes for better cooking with meals Being Picky, I think Draws & Trey’s would have been better finished with a non stick coating, Teflon or whatever, Gloss Stove Enamel is reluctant to release gooey residue even in hot soapy water.

I paid for a next day delivery but it took 7 days I then wanted to change my delivery address but I’m not sure what happened then I was told it was not delivered and I will get a refund.

Brilliant customer service by Arjan. We had a part missing with our Tower Airfryer( which is great). Contacted customer services who respindedxwithin 24 hours. Check stock availabilty, item wss despatched. Wss advised it would take 7 to 10 days, but turned up the next day. Very effiicient friendly Customer Advisor.👏👏👏

I bought a Tower hand held cleaner, it's brilliant and saves getting the big vacuum out all the time. Customer services are second to none in helping with queries, especially Arjan very kind and very quick with his answers.

I had my air fryer over a year and the actual knob broke I contacted Tower and the response was brilliant they sourced a new part asap also Arjan from customer services was exceptional . Thankyou !!

I contacted Tower directly as I had accidently broken 3 Jars on a rotating spice rack . I received an immediate response from Fayyaz who checked and confirmed they had spare jars and would send them out to me asap. I am just awaiting delivery but the customer service response and action was first class. thank you

I bought the iron from Aldi because it was good value for money. It’s very sturdy to use and I like the dual use - free standing or attached to the base. Highly recommended.

I was told that my return and refund would take '3 working days' to be processed. My return package was delivered to Tower warehouse 7 working days ago and I still haven't heard anything about it yet. The kettle I was returning was also of poor quality. The 'Tower' tag was peeling off on one side of the kettle body.

I lost a silicone foot from my grill plate on the 4 litre digital airfryer. Megan at customer service sent me 4 new ones free of charge. Very friendly and efficient. Fantastic service

We make bread in a bread maker. I’ve always found it a bit difficult cutting such fresh soft bread. This electric knife is just the tool for the job. It cut with easy and you can get the slices mega thin if you like it like that. I prefers fat slices really. This knife is easy to hold. It has a lock button on the trigger for safety. Quick release button to remove the blades. Positive guide location when inserting the duel blades. Let the knife do the work and it glides through the fresh bread. Definitely a good choice. 👍
