“So when I buy a new appliance I expect all the accessories to be included with item. After opening the box and reading the instructions I find that I need to buy the rest of the items needed to use the fryer properly. I’m debating whether I should take it back before using.”

“The rubber feet on the grill plate are to flimsy..used a couple of times and one is broken all ready ..apart from that am very happy with it up to now ..”

“I contacted Tower (with very little hope) regarding a spare part for a kitchen appliance made by a company they'd taken over several years ago. Not only did I get a prompt and courteous reply, but Arjan arranged for the part to be posted to me free of charge. I haven't encountered service like that for a very long time!”
