It was slow in the beginning having contacted Tower on the 23rd January, however once one of your customer service staff called Sophie took over, my report was handled efficiently and everything ran very smoothly.

I contacted Tower via Email and received a response from Kelly within 24 hours. She asked me to provide a little more information. Within the hour my spare parts had been prepared for dispatch. Amazing service and great communication.

I bought a Tower non-stick sauté pan, which is meant to be oven safe up to 260c less than 4 months ago but the pan. However food started to stick to the pan, which then caused scratches. Initially I was a bit dubious in what my chances were of getting a refund or a replacement, but after an enquiry email to Tower customer services I got a prompt reply by Liberty who wanted to help me out. With a few back and forth emails, to give her the details needed she has told me that a replacement pan is already being prepared for dispatch.

I contacted Tower (via email) regarding a small issue with my air fryer. I received a reply from Liberty who has been really helpful and quickly resolved the issue to my total satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the way that Liberty handled matters and feel that she could not have been any more helpful, indeed, she has been brilliant !.

Afterva lot of use, the knob of my Air Fryer split so was unusable. Tower customer service could not have been more helpful to me and replaced the knob within a very few days. They are top notch.

I love my tower air fryer. It is so simple to use and the results are incredible. Anything you make is cooked to perfection, fast, no fat and low electric use. I recommend everyone to buy a tower air fryers.

I had need to contact Tower as i required a replacement part for the grill that sits in the draw of my Air Fryer. I was in communication with Megan from Towers customer service department via email. Megan dealt with my issue quickly and kept me informed as to when the part would be leaving them to come to me Very thorough customer care given by Megan, and I would not hesitate in buying more Tower products in the future. Keep up the good work Megan your a credit to your company.

I'm very happy....it was half the price of the similar model from ninja. And it works chips that same...it cooks food quickly and even.. just give you're chips a shake half way through....and turn ta chicken over aswell... This is amazing for the price of £140😀😀😀

The Tower Smart Cooker is economical and the amount of different foods you can cook in the same time, I can honestly say I didn't believe the adverts at all!!! But I've had my own 2 nights and I won't need my oven ever again. It cooks evenly, and quickly, I can't wait to use it to cook my recipes. And experimenting the different tools.

I wish to increase my previous review from 1 star to 5 star. My Tower Fryer has kindly been replaced as the company could not source the faulty part it needed. We would be lost without our air fryer. Everything from pizza, bacon, chicken, onion rings, baked potatoes etc are cooked on a daily basis. No danger from burning oil just set a time and forget about it until it dings. My gtown up kids love it. Thanks again for standing over a brilliant product and settling my complaint inside a week.

Excellent product. Simply a mini oven so you can bake a cake, roast potatoes etc. The beauty is... It only takes 2 minutes to get to 180c. No heating all that empty space in a typical oven! Go for it 😃
