“Very early days , but I half cooked sweet potato in microwave and then a small spray of oil and finished off in airfryer ,which made them so crispy Also did frozen chips which were absolutely amazing. So I will do an update when I've had a little more experience but so far so good”

“I purchased a Tower product from Aldi but unfortunately the packaging had been opened and a part was missing. On calling Aldi to let them know I was given a reference number and Tower products customer service telephone number. It only took a short conversation with the very helpful customer service member Laura who was able to post me the part I needed free of charge the very same day I spoke to them even though the packaging had probably been opened within the Aldi store. My experience with Tower products was by far the best customer service I have ever received which has given me confidence to purchase more of their quality products knowing they can back their products with a service to be proud of.”

“Bought the air fryer months ago. Happy with that but bought the frying basket separately many weeks ago, tried it for first time today. It doesn't rotate. It should be included with the Air fryer. Complete waste of my money.”
