Have a fault with brand new product just purchased did not work first time using it Cannot get through to customer service having tried for 3 days by telephoning !

Megan, my service advisor, was helpful, courteous and professional in the way she dealt with my query regarding the rubber ends on the drawer insert for my tower. I am extremely satisfied with her response and how it has been resolved.

Needed to contact Tower as roasting trays missing from my new airfryer. Spoke to Liberty very pleasant young lady. Explained the situation she promised she would contact me when they were back in stock. I was emailed as promised & advised the trays were on their way. I was very impressed by this service. Now awaiting delivery which should be in the next couple of days. Well done Liberty & Tower.

Great device, easy to use, dishwasher safe which is always a bonus 😀 Used few times now for various kebabs, delicious. Excellent service, easy to order, good price, fast delivery. Highly recommend.

We were considering buying the rotisserie basket from amazon based on cost but this would have been a big mistake. We decided to buy directly and we were amazed at the quality and size of the basket. The basket size was not displayed on your website but for anyone wanting the size, the size are diameter 14cm x length 31.5 cm. great fit in the Tower Express Pro Combo.

We absolutely love the air fryer, it’s simple to use and big enough to cook quite a large chicken. Unfortunately we had only had it just over four weeks when the bulb went. What’s the problem you might say? I am quite a handy guy a round the house a retired engineer but when I looked to see where the bulb was situated it was quite inaccessible, a crazy design. What made matters worst I could not find any information on how to change the bulb, I tried ringing “Customer Support “ that was a total waste of time, apparently due to the popularity of the product there was no one available to speak to, I guess bulbs were popping left right and centre. Halogen bulbs are renowned for blowing hence you would think they would have made it easy to change. Daft as it seems I ended up taking the fryer back to Argos who were brilliant and changed it straight away. How ridiculous to have to take something back because the bulb had gone. So Tower please give instructions on how to change the bulb!

When our products are designed we always consider our customers safety as a priority - as a result some of the parts within our products are sealed units. I cannot comment on this sealing ring it doesn't fit my pressure cooker even though I paid extra for next day delivery it didn't arrive until 3 days later ,very disappointed

Having investigated your comments I can see your order was delivered earlier than expected. Your order was placed on Friday after the 24-hour cut-off time quoted on our website, with your order being delivered on Monday - some 24 hours earlier than scheduled.
