Order never came lost my order then offered me a replacement or refund still awaiting a reply these guys only have email customer service and only reply with 1 message every 3 to 4 days do not purchase anything with this company directly

Hi We were disappointed to read your comments about your recent contact with our Customer Services Team. As part of our Continuous Improvement Strategy we always investigate our customers comments and wherever required provide a balanced response. I was sorry to learn your parcel was lost within our courier partners network. I can confirm we do operate a telephone service for our customers to contact us via this channel. When you contacted us via email we did provide an acknowledgement to your enquiry and provided an indication of the timescales associated to when we would respond. In addition we politely requested to avoid sending duplicate messages as this only hinders our ability to effectively resolve your enquiry. Our first response was made to you within 48 hours of your initial enquiry. Following this response we received a further 5 emails from you within 3 days. I was pleased to learn one of my Customer Services Team have been in contact with you and fully resolved your enquiry. It only leaves me apologise for any perceived shortfall in the service we have provided to resolve your enquiry. Regards Keith - Group Customer Services Manager

I'm so very disappointed with my Tower air fryerits not even a year old and all the non stick coating has started to peel off . Then yesterday I plugged it in to cook and it blew my whole fuse box . It cost me the whole day with no electricity. An engineer finally fixed the fuse box at 5pm . He tested my air fryer and said it was definitely the cause . It now doesn't work at all . I'm very sad about this

There was a cosmetic issue with a kettle that I had bought, so I asked for a replacement of the defective part as the kettle was under extended warranty. Megan was professional and prompt in responding to my enquiry and resolving the issue. Without going into the detail of the matter, I’m really glad with the customer service I received. Without it. I would have been stuck with a kettle/toaster set which had become an eyesore.

On 1st March,I reported my Mini- Oven failure to heat up.Charlotte was very helpful and soon org anised an upgraded replacement,which was delivered yesterday,thanks also to Sophie for her help in speeding up delivery. Great Customer Service. ThankYou. Marilyn Grant.

Love it makes great chips also sausages chicken etc have had 2 tefal actifry before both didn't last long before not working wish I had bought your cooker before

Chole in customer service was very helpful when I contacted for help about an item brought for me for Xmas. My problem was solved and I look forward to my replacement airfryer . Very satisfied with the service from chole and Tower for 5* customer service

I had a concern regarding my new purchase-Tower T17024 Air Fryer. Not being familiar with air fryers, I contacted Tower Customer Service & was given the advice & help by Arjan. He was very kind to reply to my emails promptly & with care & understanding. I am really pleased with his help. Being a senior citizen, conversing via email is difficult for me. So Thanks to Arjan.

kelly at tower as helped me all the way i bought a tower air fryer from a supplier who went bust. and just my luck the air fryer broke. so i emailed tower and kelly dealt with it with in2 day ive got a new one on its way well dome tower and kelly

A shame that my air fryer failed in the first place but fantastic customer service from start to finish. Reported on the 10th March, replacement upgrade arrived 23rd March. Liberty at customer services was great all the way through the process, no problems at all..Thanks.

I got a lovely Scandi, kettle and toaster set, and after just one year, the silver plating on the ring at the top of the kettle began to peel off, making it an eyesore. As it was still within the warranty period I requested a replacement for the defective plastic ring, unfortunately they did not have this as a spare part and Megan was so nice and offered me a replacement kettle. Unfortunately they didn’t have the colour I bought so to keep the matching kettle/toaster set,I intend to take the ring from this one and replace the defective ring on my kettle. This leaves me with a brand-new kettle which I think I’ll be able to give someone else. Kudos to Megan who has been so helpful with this.

Think this item will be great once I get used how to install it. I found it quite a fiddled to get it in then when I did it stopped turning after the first few minutes. Had to finish the chips off on one of the wire racks instead.
