“Very difficult ordering as the website was not compatible with apple Ipad. Had to use an ordinary PC to be able to login. Once that was done all very good.”

“I subscribe and purchase from amazon as i love the hastle free returns, i made an error in my purchase and received a full refund without any issues. I remade the correct purchase and received my Hikoki nail gun, great delivery, and a great product. As such TCD get a rare review from me as i am extremely picky as to where i shop on line. A deserved 5 stars.”

“Ordered the multi volt impact driver from hitachi/hikoki & and type two case. I received a plastic insert which didn't match the impact. Upon receiving the driver already had a number of scuff marks out of the box. Not ideal. TCD customer service did contact me about the matter and apologised, which I'm thankful for. Good prices, hopefully in the future they will stock the correct tool case inserts for their hikoki products.”
