“Great people to deal with. When I made my recent order I made a mistake and didn't include my house name as part of the delivery address. I emailed TCD and to make sure, I also phoned, and spoke with a real person. Both the phone call and the email were dealt with efficiently and with courtesy. My item was delivered, well packaged and promptly. I would recomend Trade Counter Direct and will use them again. They were also cheaper than the rest!”

“Placed an order online for a Sealey 3290CX trolley Jack, I received confirmation of my order by email, the following day I had my order cancelled and a refund issued with no reason given, went back on the website to find I could re order my item but at a higher price, when I contact customer service they would not honour my order. Not very good service would not use again!!”
