I transferred 5k USDC from one of my accounts too , I can clearly see that the transaction is confirmed on blockchain but the balance is not reflected on my CoinDCX portal. It's a scam these guys are running. Their customer support is also not responsive. Fortunately, I have been able to get my money back from them with the help of a recovery agency called โ“ขโ“คโ“Ÿโ“กโ“”โ“œโ“”โ“โ“ขโ“ขโ“”โ“ฃโ“ขโ“กโ“”โ“’โ“žโ“ฅโ“”โ“กโ“จโ‘ขโ‘งโ‘ โ‘ค@โ“–โ“œโ“โ“˜โ“›.โ“’โ“žโ“œ Anyone in a similar situation and need help should contact this agency.

Beware bought a shower screen which was faulty and looked like seconds. I contacted customer service to show them a video of the quality. In addition the 2 holes and screws supplied would have made impossible to hold the heavy glass screen onto the bracket. They would not accept it's return so I had no choice but to do the best with it - I had insert 2 more holes and more screws to secure the screen. False economy to save 10 quid or so compared to high street retailer. Give online retailers a bad name - avoid!

Sadly my order was sent to the wrong address even though it was clearly stated on the invoice. I tried telephoning the company to find out where my order had been delivered but was left hanging on until the phone went dead. DPD delivered it to another address as it had been incorrectly labelled could get hold of them either. They havenโ€™t tried to answer my concerns at all!

No customer service at all. Had to chase to find out what had happened when the order was not delivered on the date specified. Appreciate these are unprecedented times with Covid-19 but an email isn't hard to send to inform us of the situation.

This is the first time Iโ€™ve actually been asked for a review when I havenโ€™t even received my order! Still waiting weeks later for it to arrive......How many times will I need to chase this up? No wonder I was made to agree to not demand a refund when placing the order!

i requested to collect my taps from Leigh. it took 12 days and 6 emails to find out where to collect from/address . i sent my co-worker to collect because he lived close-by . they refuse to give it to him despite having my invoice. emails and speaking to me on the phone. they wanted me to collect in person. with photo ID and card used to purchase the ยฃ30 item . Why was this not clearly stated in the email for collections ?

I have been told on two days now that my delivery has failed Each day I am led to believe that I need to be here to receive my delivery. I have been here all day both days. I spoke to Amy I asked her why the delivery had failed she couldn't tell me so I asked her to find out why. I want to buy from you with confidence but if I can not rely on a good delivery service then I will not be buying from you going forward. Amy didn't respond to me but told me she would get it sent out today I waited again all day. I just received an email from Darius saying my delivery had failed again. I fit bathrooms and kitchens for a living focusing on extensions and renovations this stops me in my tracks. Will someone tell me why the delivery has failed or at least check the delivery address I have sent two emails.

Item purchased was showing 'in stock' then had an email to say 8-15 weeks, then another email 3 weeks, then another email 3 weeks.....cancelled item and I was swiftly refunded.
