Order a shower tray and waste...order on system just says "processing" so I call and they said I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks!!!!! Absolutely useless. If your items are out of stock, this should be made clear on your website. It is mis-representation. Please refund immediately. I checked spa, no email or any communication from you. Very Poor service!

The product I ordered I was informed was in stock & dispatched but did not arrive. Delays occurred with poor communication & this resulted in me waiting in for delivery on 3 dates. When a delivery van did turn up the product was on the drivers list but was not in the van! This has held up the work being done at my house & caused huge inconvenience.

Everything. Your competitors chose to let people know they were waiting for stock. You are happy to sell stock you don't hold. You charged me twice. I still don't have a shower tray. Poor company I won't use again

The order apparently shipped on 2nd January but I still do not have it. I tried to phone customer services and the phone just rings. I have plumbers waiting on site for these taps which is a great inconvenience. I placed various orders with merchants over Christmas. All other fittings arrived early this week.

Accepted my order and money then decided 12 hours before delivery that you don’t deliver to Ireland. I don’t live in Ireland. I live in Northern Ireland which is a completely different country. We’re part of the UK!! Disgusted is an understatement!!

I’m really sorry to read your complaint. Deliveries for the products you ordered are carried out by a third party distributor who are unable to deliver all our products across all UK postcodes. Smaller items such as taps can be sent via a courier as they are less likely to be damaged, but shower trays need a more specialised distribution method. Whilst you were informed about the delivery I appreciate this was after you ordered. To prevent this happening again we will make this clearer on our website at the point of placing the order.

Ordered shower panel and bath panel only to find that their delivery service doesn't deliver as far North as Aberdeen. Ridiculous given I can send anything just about anywhere in the world but they don't know the UK extends past the boarder. Pitiful, small minded and backward, customer services couldn't have been less interested if she tried. Avoid like the plague, unless of course you stay somewhere they actually deliver.

Ordering the tap online was painless. Received a call to tell me my tap would be arriving the following day and that the Courier would give me a call one hour before delivery. However two days later the tap still did not arrive. When following up to see where my tap was I was told the Courier could not find my address.... This was laughable and a joke as we are a business and our address is a high street address. A further day on after making the call still have not received the tap. Yet did receive an email to leave feedback, That you think you should make sure the customer has the goods first before asking them how satisfied they are with your service.

Bitterly disappointed! 1st time used this Company and the next day delivery did not happen. Communication very poor. One part of the order arrived on the correct day....STILL waiting for the rest of the order. No communication so not great.

Items not in stock when ordered. Promised delivery 1-2 weeks later. After 2 weeks received a call to say the wrong items had been delivered and we would have to wait a further 1-2 weeks!!

The order was placed the 25th of July. Today is the 30th of August and after extensive chasing and many promises of a speedy delivery date I am told today we might have a delivery on the 8th of September. The apologies no real explanation simply just not their problem. Part of the order was however delivered. The two items still due however had caused us so much headache I wish we never used this company. Extremely poor communication from the sales representatives with no unprompted update. When what they promised don't occur and I phone them they simply blame the courier, supplier and everyone else. Then announce further delays to the delivery. Last week one of the two items finally became available for delivery. Even though a guaranteed delivery date was given (second time this happens) for the next week Tuesday the delivery simply did not happen. I have to pay someone to be at my address for the entire day as with all deliveries they can't tell you what time this will happen. All of this needs to be arranged in advance so when they do not fulfil their commitment it needs to be rearranged. When I phoned them today to find out why the order has not been fulfilled I was told it might happen today... As if everyone is sitting at home all week just to receive a delivery at any day they decide to make a delivery. No apology and no follow up from Trade Taps. I am currently abroad and now have to hastily call people in the UK to find someone who will be willing to go to my home to receive the delivery which they this time might actually deliver. And by the way I am told the second item will now only be available for delivery on the 8th of September, maybe. Every time I spoke to Ray and Amy (Sales reps) I asked them to send me an email or call me when they have an update on the delivery or the status of the order they promised to IMMEDIATELY follow up. During all this time (6weeks) I am yet to receive a follow up call or email with an update they promised. CONCLUSION: NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are simply a not the middle man in the chain. They have no controle over the stock or the supply chain. Hence why what ever they promised you will always be a maybe. They do not see the live stock coming in or out and even when they claim to arrange delivery it is via the real supplier meaning they only make a request for delivery which is subject to the suppliers own process. That is why when they arrange a delivery it might or might not happen on the day they promised it will. Although this is not under their control any reasonable person would expect they will follow up their own request for stock or delivery with the real supplier and at least give their customers feedback. However instead they are waiting for you to call them to know action is required. I suspect their is no communication between the suppliers and TRADE TAPS. What an absolute nightmare experience.

Hello Jolize Firstly Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you feel this way, however, unfortunately, delivery dates from the manufacturer to the warehouses are out of our control, and sometimes can be pushed back, this is why we do advise that these dates are estimated, we do also advise that tradesmen are not booked in until the order has arrived, due to lead times being pushed back etc. Again apologies for the delay in getting the item to you. Before you read this post just to point out and to put into perspective this is my first ever negative comment for any company I have bought from. I always give an opportunity to resolve and hardly have to do this however this is one poor company who lack any customer service skills whatsoever... Bought what I thought was a brand new £600.00 Roca Victoria N 1200mm sink unit from this company, plumbing not ready for the sink unit to be fitted, opened box few weeks later and before we were ready to hang found the bottom base was damaged badly, impossible to see when you initially open the box to inspect and confirm the goods are in good condition. Thinking this company had good customer service, turns out to be the worst ever, refused to accept any liability, promised call backs when raised matter further, refused to answer calls for three days, promised more call backs only to be told a flat "no we won't help you, it's your fault" Not sure what I'm supposed to do with this unit and what an expensive waste of money. They won't help me and blamed me for not checking? I understand if it was obvious visual damage however the damage could only be seen when you ready to hang the wall unit up. Not possible to see when you initially inspect for damage. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. HOPE PEOPLE READING THIS WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE PARTING WITH THEIR MONEY. LEFT ME FUMING WITH NO RECOURSE FOR RESOLUTION. COMPLETE WASTE OF £600.00 I HONESTLY SUSPECT WE HAVE BEEN SOLD THIS UNIT KNOWING THE DAMAGE WAS HIDDEN AND WOULD NOT BE SEEN UNLESS FITTED WITHIN THEIR 48hr GET OUT CLAUSE.

Bath was scheduled for delivery on Friday 14th. Phoned to confirm it was being delivered the day before - assured it would be. Called again late Friday to ask if it was out for delivery, assured it was out for delivery. Bath wasn't delivered. Phoned on Monday and told it would now be delivered on Wednesday. Got a phone call on Tuesday to say it now wouldn't be delivered until this Friday. Still don't have the bath, fingers crossed it will arrive on Friday. So far I have arranged to be in for four days to receive the delivery - last Friday, Monday (in case it arrived then), Wednesday and this Friday. It's obvious they are just resellers and don't hold any stock so are at the whim of their suppliers as to when things do or don't get delivered. However, this isn't made clear on their website, they give the number of items in stock and when I called them they said they had the bath in stock implying they physically had it. If you have nothing better to do than wait around for orders give these guys a try, if not avoid. I actually went with them because they had better reviews than many of the other suppliers. On the plus side the customer support is always friendly.

Ordered geberit cistern,flush plate and shower tray. After 3 weeks of waiting was informed flush plate was discontinued. In the end cistern and flush resturned at a cost to me. After waiting 5 weeks the jt evolved white shower tray turns up faulty and does not fit flush to waste trap risking leak. The waste trap arrived separately it was black and the shower tray was white! Wasted hours on phone calls and emails to tradetaps, their distributor ideal bathrooms and jt evolved themselves. Tradetaps have not offered any compensation/understanding for ordeal, will not be using this company again.

It took nearly 3 weeks and 3 deliveries to get what I ordered. With a combination of things just not arriving or arriving damaged it was a shambles. I spend time calling and emailing, I've had emails ignored and those that did reply just didn't do enough to leave me satisfied. My last email to the managing director Tim has still not been answered and it been a further 2 weeks since! I'm not expecting any reply based on how I've been dealt with from the start. Obviously I paid in full over £600 to make the purchase, to offer me my delivery refund of £7 is an absolute joke! A 1% refund?? Well thanks a lot, still leaves me nearly £100 out of pocket for wasting mine and my tradesmens time for which i still had to pay to cancel! Thanks a lot! Will not use again and certainly not recommendation to anyone from me. Thanks for the offer of leaving feedback, I see you're not efficient enough to want to tell everyone how good you are! Hello Sir Upon looking at your order, i can see this arrived damaged, i can also see a note on the order which was placed online that the driver will need to call you as they will need directions to the Address, upon further investigation i can see that the driver was unable to locate your address, due to this, the delivery charge would be refunded. I'm sorry you feel this way, we did put in our best efforts to get the damaged item replaced and delivered as soon as we could. Kind Regards Customer Services

Bath supplied without legs - website description unclear ("Rectangular Bath is supplied complete with No Grips and bath legs.") and no attempt made by sales team to rectify issue.
