Bath was scheduled for delivery on Friday 14th. Phoned to confirm it was being delivered the day before - assured it would be. Called again late Friday to ask if it was out for delivery, assured it was out for delivery. Bath wasn't delivered. Phoned on Monday and told it would now be delivered on Wednesday. Got a phone call on Tuesday to say it now wouldn't be delivered until this Friday. Still don't have the bath, fingers crossed it will arrive on Friday. So far I have arranged to be in for four days to receive the delivery - last Friday, Monday (in case it arrived then), Wednesday and this Friday. It's obvious they are just resellers and don't hold any stock so are at the whim of their suppliers as to when things do or don't get delivered. However, this isn't made clear on their website, they give the number of items in stock and when I called them they said they had the bath in stock implying they physically had it. If you have nothing better to do than wait around for orders give these guys a try, if not avoid. I actually went with them because they had better reviews than many of the other suppliers. On the plus side the customer support is always friendly.

Ordered geberit cistern,flush plate and shower tray. After 3 weeks of waiting was informed flush plate was discontinued. In the end cistern and flush resturned at a cost to me. After waiting 5 weeks the jt evolved white shower tray turns up faulty and does not fit flush to waste trap risking leak. The waste trap arrived separately it was black and the shower tray was white! Wasted hours on phone calls and emails to tradetaps, their distributor ideal bathrooms and jt evolved themselves. Tradetaps have not offered any compensation/understanding for ordeal, will not be using this company again.

It took nearly 3 weeks and 3 deliveries to get what I ordered. With a combination of things just not arriving or arriving damaged it was a shambles. I spend time calling and emailing, I've had emails ignored and those that did reply just didn't do enough to leave me satisfied. My last email to the managing director Tim has still not been answered and it been a further 2 weeks since! I'm not expecting any reply based on how I've been dealt with from the start. Obviously I paid in full over £600 to make the purchase, to offer me my delivery refund of £7 is an absolute joke! A 1% refund?? Well thanks a lot, still leaves me nearly £100 out of pocket for wasting mine and my tradesmens time for which i still had to pay to cancel! Thanks a lot! Will not use again and certainly not recommendation to anyone from me. Thanks for the offer of leaving feedback, I see you're not efficient enough to want to tell everyone how good you are! Hello Sir Upon looking at your order, i can see this arrived damaged, i can also see a note on the order which was placed online that the driver will need to call you as they will need directions to the Address, upon further investigation i can see that the driver was unable to locate your address, due to this, the delivery charge would be refunded. I'm sorry you feel this way, we did put in our best efforts to get the damaged item replaced and delivered as soon as we could. Kind Regards Customer Services

Bath supplied without legs - website description unclear ("Rectangular Bath is supplied complete with No Grips and bath legs.") and no attempt made by sales team to rectify issue.

I had huge the misfortune of buying some items from this company and whay an enormous mess they made of the order. I contacted the director Tom Ford and he was ineffective. Do not buy here if you value you time and sanity!

I placed an order on 25th February 2017 and got told by TradeTaps/Dramco on 2nd March that the item I ordered was out of stock - why wasn't this known on 25th February? Anyway, I cancelled the order and it took 11 days for someone to get round to providing a refund.

Statet soft close on website for toilet seat but when it arrived it was not a soft close one. Not recommend this company as not got what I should of got. Extremely disappointed.

very poor customer service: one of the item that they delivered had a part that was broken. When I contacted them they offered me to replace it, as "they strive to provide the best customer experience" - I was very positively impressed. Unfortunately what it should have taken 2 days is still going on 3 weeks later. After about 2 weeks I finally received the part, only to found out that they sent the wrong one. Third week in and I am still waiting for the part, and every time i contact them "Amy" sounds very stroppy and annoyed by the fact that I am chasing this up. At the end after a bit of research I found out the right part code so I contacted Geberit (the item producer) myself, paid for the part and express delivery (it all took only £20 and 2 days wait). What i found mostly disappointing is their lack of product knowledge and procurement processes: if they had told me on day one "this is the exact part code and this is how you can get it in 2 days" I would have gone for it. They are cheaper than others, true, but my experience with them hasn't been good at all. I won't be using them again

Hello Fabrizio I apologise that you feel this way, unfortunately this took a little while longer as we had to contact our supplier, who then had to contact Geberit, i can assure you we chased our supplier daily in regards to your order. this kind of incident does not occur very often, and i apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. promised next day delivery. Two days later I had a failed delivery as they went to the incorrect address after waiting in all day. May be a good price but their customer service needs improving if they want to survive a competitive marketplace. I am in the trade and will give them a wide berth in the future and ensure non of my customers use them either.

Next day delivery took 3 days, had to ring daily to be told I would receive order the following day, which didn't happen. I've lodged a complaint and received an e-mail stating I would have a response in 2 hours...6 days later still nothing

This has come through asking for a review on my order. Only thing is I cannot give any feedback as one week on and I am still waiting for my order! Will comment once I have received it so hence only as yet the 1star

Conponent in a geberit flush system failed contacted so called customer services and was advised the required spare was available on the agents desk ie i have one in my hand !! However getting them to send it out is another matter, sent 2 email requests and have been ignored DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY very unprofessional!!

(1) Despite website saying that orders can be delivered in a "short " time, we waited over 10 days before any sign of a delivery was forthcoming. (2) Eventually given a delivery date and told to wait in all day. They could not give us a delivery time, either morning or afternoon and didn't seem to know who was even going to delivery it. No such delivery came. No courtesty of an email or telephone call to explain reason for non delivery. No-one around at the weekend. We have never had any replies to our emails requesting further clarification of delivery dates. When we eventually got through to someone, we were always promised a call back with an up date. These invariably came approximately 3-7 days later. Eventually got delivery only to find a part missing. Again further waiting while someone would "call us back" Again told to wait for delivery which never arrived. Eventually item arrived next day but was broken - so managed to find the delivery firm Ideal bathrooms, who seemed to be more on the ball and dealt with this matter promptly and efficiently, something that TradeTaps seem to be missing. We were even gave us a delivery slot by Ideal Bathrooms and they also confirmed who would be delivering to us. We would never used Trade Taps again and not recommend Trade Taps to any future clients or anyone for that matter.

I recieved my order from trade taps in a damaged box. The item was returned in the same box (slightly late because I was on holiday) and a more expensive item ordered. They did not refund me the original amount as they claimed that I damaged the packaging. They waited for several months before informing me that the would not refund this item. I would not use this company again. Their customer service is non existant. I found them to be rude and evasive.

The company refused to honour its GUARANTEED PRICE MATCH on a sink they are selling for £170. I found the exact same item on another website for £134.

Good Afternoon Robert, Thank you for your review, As discussed on the phone we agree our price is £170.00 and we charge £7.00 delivery for the item in question but after investigation for the price match, we have noticed that the company you are price matching for charge extortionately for delivery which would be were they are making the difference up to appear cheaper.
