“We had to make two phone calls to ask where the tap was and both times we were told delivery to us was imminent - but it wasn't. Something had gone awry with your system ! However, the tap arrived two days ago, thankfully in time for the plumber to fit it.”

“Dealing with Stevie was great and she sorted out our delivery issue, for that thanks Stevie. Regarding the delivery of the cistern, it was all a bit of a shambles, but these things happen and I guess your were moving at the time. However I would suggest that this is an area you review and ensure you communicate better with your customers in situations like this in future. It is not what happens, it is how you deal with your customers.”

“Despite the fact that the item I saw on the web site had an incorrect picture therefore what I received wasn't what I wanted, I was very pleased with the initial ordering and delivery and general email communication. And when the problem was eventually sorted I was given a refund for the faulty item. This sorting out did take a few days and if I had been in more of a hurry for the correct item I would have been a bit frustrated. Also if this had happened sooner I would definitely given at least 4 stars. However, I will certainly be using Trade Taps again. Rob Newby Plumbing Contractor”
