“I have now done business with them a couple of times, the most recent as an Amazon Marketplace merchant. After my first experience with them I wouldn't have done business with them again intentionally. I have purchased bike related items from multiple countries in Europe, and from China and have never had as slow of delivery, or as lackluster of customer service as I have gotten from Tradeinn. Their prices and selection may be good, but other than that, they are woeful.”
“TradeInn recently sent me an INVALID RETURN label. My Post Office is in Canada and it has informed me it will not recognize the bar code and my package was refused.
Now TradeInn apparently refuses to even honour their return policy, even though I paid for the label with Visa to cover the cost.
I'll likely never get that refund for the fake return label but at least I can say I requested one with the knowledge that this sleazy company is so disreputable that it will even rip off people’s Visa accounts.
They have failed to manage even this small transaction with any kind of integrity. (Look up the definition some time.)
I am disappointed that my first (and last!) transaction with tradeInn/dress/Inn has been so frustrating and plan to warn everyone I can to NEVER order from this company.
I will also be writing a negative review online to inform others that TradeInn's business practices are extremely shady to say the least.”
“Before ordering an Amazfit gts2 smart watch I asked a specific question whether it can make calls as well as take (receive) calls. I was assured that it could do in the reply. Aster buying it I found out that it can't make a phone call. They lied to me.
I emailed them after finding out it can't make a call to see about a refund and received no reply.

I had no luck from other companies ordering from Northern Ireland to the uk even.. the U.K. companies let me order later email saying couldn’t deliver off mainland uk.. but the I ordered from Tradeinn, no problem and the Intex Pool arrived quickly actually a day early. Coming from Spain no problem to Northern Ireland.”

I purchased a Cateye bike computer which is defective.
I have been trying to get some help from their support but all they are saying is that my Ipads, PC, and cell phones are bad and that is why I cannot send my return request.
Go to your local shop, pay a few bucks more and be treated with respect. TradeINN only knows how to collect your money, do not expect they would help you when you need them.

“Their return policy has been designed to prevent them having to refund you any money. Goods need to be returned to Spain where your package is held in customs with only the receiver who can release it. After 7 weeks this still has not happened and customer service will not confirm they have done it or will do it. Do not buy from this company!”

“I ordered a bike helmet, elbow pads and knee pads from Bike Inn. My first disappointment (of many) occurred when I found out that my package would be coming from Spain, this added 4 days to the stated delivery time. No bother I thought, until the parcel eventually arrived. The helmet was correctly supplied but I was only sent one, right hand knee pad and child’s size elbow pads instead of the ordered adults size.
The problems with Bike Inn then got much worse as I tried to contact them to arrange a return. I first tried to log in to their returns portal. It did not work. I then attempted to contact them via the website chat facility. I gave up after waiting in a queue for an hour. I eventually got a response from a Facebook message, and with much wasted time discussing my desire to return the items, was insistently told to go through the processes I had already tried and despite me requesting they set up the return they repeatedly refused to do so, Instead referring me back to the returns portal. I attempted to call the printed contact number , but could only get a Spanish recorded message. I eventually found a contact form on their trade inn website and git a reply from this and yep you guessed it. They insisted that I used the returns portal that would not work. To say at this point I was frustrated is an understatement. I am still in possession of the said useless items, unable it seems to return them and it is looking increasingly likely that I will have to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back from Bike Inn.
Oh and did I mention that it also seems that they have charged my credit card 3 times for the same transaction!!!
I am now several weeks into my experience with the TradeInn brand and I can honestly say I have never dealt with anyone worse than this bunch of jokers. The only response you get to complaints are copied and pasted ridiculously ill fitting replies.
Take my advice, use a much better company such as Chain Reaction Cycles to buy your bike stuff or you may regret it!!”
“Returning 2 items unopened in original packaging. February 27th via cycleon. parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for over 2 months according to the tracking. Bikeinn/tradeinn replies with cut and paste platitudes. Avoid this company. I can see from numerous reviews I'm not alone.”
“I ordered a wetsuit from their Scubastore and payed an extra $80 to have it here this week and got in contact with the shipping company who said it has to sit in customs for at least 2 days in both Spain and when it gets to Australia. Plus delays it is not expected to get here for 3 weeks. I have tried to get in contact with them about their poor estimating and for my extra $80 back and can not get in contact with them at all. Absolutely unprofessional and terribly poor customer services. I personally would not even consider using their services ever again.”
“Shame I can't give no stars. I ordered from bike inn in January, my order was late, one of the items was faulty, I had to fight to get them to accept it as a return as they wouldnt believe me that it was faulty, they then tried to make me pay postage on the return, I eventually got a paid return label, I sent it back, I have proof of delivery in March from royal mail tracking and their own website says its been delivered, its now May and even although I sent them these confirmations they are trying ot tell me it's not been delivered and will not refund me my money. Stay well clear, customer service are very rude and unapologetic when I have been very polite and patient when I didn't need to be.”

“I ordered ladies shoes, they sent men's and said I'm responsible for shipping the shoes back and they recommend DHL who will charge me 159 to return the item. I have sent many questions but they will not respond. The picture shows ladies and men's but doesn't say which one is which.”
“Zero stars. The tent I ordered took over 4 weeks to arrive. When I set it up the same day I realised the inner tent had a large rip in it. Someone had done a very sloppy job at trying to stitch it up and it was clear that they had knowlingy sent me a damaged tent. I have raised the issue with Tradeinn and they have been unwilling to either recognise the issue or address it (other than send generic template emails). Very poor behaviour!! I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.”

It’s been 5 weeks still nothing and I was talking to customer service multiple times which is an even bigger joke. I bought my product of a different company and received within 3 days. They will try blame covid and delivery time buts if you feel like you have to buy off this company do yourself the favour and take out the money out of your wallet and burn it before your very eyes to save yourself the heart break and hassle.
