“Keep away from this e-store
I bought few things in July. I kept one pair of shoes and return rest. Return was made with Cycleon, recommended by Tradeinn.
Parcel arrived some some courier depot in Germany on 22th of July. Since then I am trying to get my money back. At the beginning Tradeinn claimed that they will refund as soon as parcel is with them. Most probably parcel is lost. DO NOT USE Cycleon. Apart from the webpage you don't have any means to trace the parcel, and no way to contact courier. Tradeinn ignored my complains that parcel is most probably lost. I already triggered charge back with my Bank, and also I raise a fraud case with ECC. Now TradeInn claims that refund was already done and they revert me back to my Bank.
Keep away from this place unless you want to lost you time, patience and money.

“These A**holes sent me a European model phone charger that would need an adapter to work in the US. The package arrived way later than promised and very beaten up.
I've been going round and round for a refund and they never provide a way to return.
Never do business with these thieves.”
“I was afraid the price would be to good to be true, but after researching TechInn and seeing more positive reviews recently I went ahead and ordered this product from them. A day after ordering they pushed the delivery date back 5 days, I choose the DHL option for shipping. But in fact it was delivered only 1 day after the initial promised date. Totally acceptable. The product is exactly as advertised and arrived with no damage working perfectly. I definitely recommend saving $150 by ordering through TechInn, was totally worth it.”

Delivery date is a lie. No accurate way of tracking package. Customer service is a joke. Tradeinn has a Google rating of 2.8 and a Trustpilot rating of 1.8!!!!! I wish I had read some of these Google reviews before I ordered. I wish I could rate them lower!

“Absolutely brutal. Was sent the wrong size and had to pay $60 shipping to return them only to get them sent back as “refused” after 3 months🤷♀️ No refund, no response from customer service. These people are thief’s and should be shut down. I regret not researching prior to ordering, it’s an absolute cash grab do not order. You will not get what you ordered, you will not be able to return it, and you will not get any support from customer service.”

I ordered a pair of runners and were suppoused to come 10 days ago and still nothing. They wont REFUND MY MONEY!
The tracking doesnt work, its stuck at 14/10 and no update after that.
And please dont send me your support email as I've been goind back and forth with them and they tell me that in MY country the parcels are stuck due to covid.
Give me a break!! You dont even know where YOUR OWN package is but you have the audacity to tell me the situation in MY country.

“Back in July, I ordered a pair of hiking boots (24581956). My first impression was extremely positive, especially after I was granted a generous student discount by their customer service — the value of which hey confirmed would be (quote) "refunded to [my] PayPal account after purchase". When I requested the refund as discussed with their support right after placing the order, I was then suddenly told that, (quote) "The order has already left our warehouse and is on its way to you. In this case we can no longer change the order." Given that unexpected and disappointing turn of events, I decided to refuse acceptance and have the parcel returned straight back to TradeInn. The carrier's online tracking shows that the parcel has been successfully delivered back to TradeInn on August 11, 2021. That was 53 days ago and yet, I have been waiting for a refund ever since. Despite dozens of emails and chats, I keep getting excuses such as "We are currently dealing with the delivery company in order to have your parcel located ASAP." I have now given this case to my lawyer. This has been by far THE worst customer experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!”

They dodge answering questions and delete complaints you put on their Facebook page. If you look at all the complaints about them online it all makes sense. I had to message them and remind them that I had paid for the item....GUESS WHAT. it still has not arrived....NEARLY 5 MONTHS. I have sent many messages via their HELP platform only to be told the package is on its way... They still have not approved my refund Always get the same sorry story. “Avoid XXXX INN like the plague. Their advertisements are bait and switch. I thought I was going to buy two Orbi satellites (WiFi 6) and they only sent one. the price I paid was about double of a single that can be bought at legitimate companies but the price was just under double of most other places so it seemed like a good deal and they would accept slightly slimmer margin.
However after a month of waiting for the product they only shipped me one unit. They said their advertisement had a typo and they would give me $40 for my troubles. Im out $190.
Unfortunately this company seems to be based in Spain so I'm not sure how to bring them down except for letting people know they are managed by dishonest scum bags who deserve jail time”

Immediately after placing my order I get an email confirming and saying it would three weeks delivery time. Could have kept my $60. Shouldn't have ordered from them. Fraudsters.”

This box got recycled as I never thought it I would need to provide an entire video or pictures of my unboxing the original shipment
