They don't honor their obligation towards the customer Basically, if you don't purchase package insurance with Route(which is another garbage company, and deserves its own separate discussion), they don't care about any damage to the package or any missing items. I read their T&C, and apparently it's up to their discretion what they accept as proof of damage and missing items. So I followed their advice and made an unboxing video. In the video it's clearly visible what was inside the package, and what wasn't. After a long back and forth with customer service, they told me that apparently there was a deadline for submitting a claim, and now they can't do anything. What deadline? Don't know. They never bothered explaining, and I never found such thing in their T&C. What claim? Don't know. I signaled my issue to them as soon as possible, sometimes it took them days to get back to me. So going past any imagined or real deadline is their fault as well for not being efficient and prompt in replying. The only time when they mentioned something about any deadline is when they told me, out of the blue, that they need the photos in 48 hours otherwise they won't process my claim. What kind of law is this? Is it their internal policy? Again, I browsed and browsed their website and found no such thing. So it's not even there apparently. Even if it's their policy, and they put it in their T&C on their website(which they haven't so far), how legal is it? Again, it was taking them minimum 48 hours to reply to my messages, and there was a lot of unnecessary back and forth. And then they tell me I only have 48 hours to upload evidence? Based on what? That's not how it works. I also need to give them a 1 star due to how difficult their process for filing a claim for missing items is. There's no direct way to do it, you have to go and start a return of the product that was missing, and some other unnecessary steps. There's also their messaging system which is incredibly confusing and idio*ic. Basically next to your order you have the option of 'Contact/Messages', and also after you start a return you will have the option 'View return status/Messages'. What is the difference between the two? Don't know. It was never explained. I feel like they do that to make communication more difficult for you, and they can keep referring you to contact the 'other department'. They've done that to me as well, telling me to contact them via 'internal messaging', like I'm supposed to know I was supposed to contact them that way in the first place, or what's supposed to be an 'internal message'. Anyway I still haven't heard back from them regarding this order/missing product, so I contacted the European Dispute Resolution. Hopefully they'll prefer talking to them instead. This is what happens if you don't buy shipping protection. They won't care about missing products, their warehouse of course never makes mistakes. /s But don't even get me started on Route(their shipping protection), which is probably an even more incompetent company than Tradeinn. The only reason why I used them so frequently is because they have one of the largest selection of products in Europe as far as I'm aware. However their customer service and organization is worse than a mom and pop store's. Tip for consumers: If you do end up using them be prepared to have issues with your shipment, be prepared to communicate with inefficient/uninterested customer service agents, and fight for weeks for your refund/replacement. I would avoid and choose Bergfreunde for similar products.

I bought a pair of shoes more than a month ago through this site. It was never sent. I can’t cancel my order the sight is not answering lost of money. Be careful.

this is my order number CI007100290NL Don't ever buy from them, I've been waiting for my product for more than 80 days now. If you try to reach out all you're getting is an automated message that doesn't help you in any way. even they DO NOT REFUND !!! They've been purposefully avoiding my complaints, I feel I just got scammed. i will keep continue writing these types of revews to other pages as well to stop people buy from them.

I got a defective product from them. It is a coffee machine that doesn't work. Tried to return it but customer service is useless. At the end, they gave me the link to the product's brand and suggested me to contact that brand directly. Don't buy from TradeINN

I ordered refurbished product, but they sent me the one that was used for YEARS and in a very poor condition. When I tried to contact Customer Service they did not even tried to listen to me. DON'T buy anything there https://www.tradeinn.com/. Please avoid them!

Overpriced and a scam. the delivery was written for 20th dec. and it kept changing. i kept emailing them and they kept making excuses. Today is 24th and it is still in transit. they only reason i paid for an item that costed $3 on alibaba was the timing. It costed me $27 here. I ordered still from alibaba just incase. that delivery is faster than theirs. Please dont order from these people. They are assholes.

Order number 35030427 SCAMMERS BE AWARE!!! Purchased new shoes to NZ on December 3. Trade inn had two different shipping options one of 4/5day dhl for 89$ or NZ post 9 days for 24$ I chose dhl and BEFORE trade inn even handed the package over to dhl they posted that it was scheduled to be delivered on December 15. I called DHL when I noticed the estimated date was not the date trade inn gave me and they said trade inn straight up lies that it was always at minimum 10days shipping to NZ. After I called DHL I contacted tradeinn BEFORE they shipped and they refuse to address the issue. I want a minimum a refund between the cost of the two shipping speeds and a apology…THIS IS NOT DHL OR ANY POST ISSUE PROBLEMS THIS IS TRADEINNS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…they scammed me out of 65$ their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered!!! Ever anywhere. Order number 35030427 in case tradinn customer service grows a heart although somehow I doubt it. I am reposting but in my original review you can see the order number is already there you simply never read the review… Literally I hope these people are put down for the way they treat people the way you put down a evil rabies infested opossum.

STAY AWAY from any Inn brand: TradeInn, SmashInn, etc. I have made an order on the 5/12 that was estimated to arrive between the 9/12 and 13/12. Today is the 13/12 and the order has not been dispatched or prepared yet (as reported on the system and on an email), and I have not received any notification of any delay. I have contacted the customer care asking to cancel the order and that was denied to me. I tried to understand more but they repeatedly either closed the chat or happily ignored me. Also there is not a number to contact them (or a reference email address)

Everything went wrong. I made two orders within two days of each other. The first one never showed any progress, just “Order received”. After several unanswered emails I got ahold of someone on the Chat and he informed me that the items were out of stock and they had no clue if or when they would receive them. The second order progressed a bit and then got stopped. After a full month, and several emails that went unanswered or answered by a robot; the order was cancelled by them, no explanation given. Alos extra charges will apply since they quote you in your local currency, but they charge the credit card as a foreign transaction and thus you’ll incurr charges with yuor credit card. Will never buy abything from this place again.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!! The experience was risky. I can't recommend this. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Site lacks information. The warranty period is not specified! Are there no provisions in Spain that oblige the display on the website and in the invoice of the legal or commercial guarantee that the product benefits from? What warranty does the watch purchased by me have? The watch was specified in stock. It was not. After 5 days it arrived at INN and then it was shipped. It's not fair. You can switch to supplier stock. As a buyer I need to know. That's how it is in my country. I should also have known that it is the last product. Further! On delivery, I had the opportunity to choose a courier who is from my country. INN sent the watch to the national post office. Luckily, I followed the route with the 17track website and managed to find it. There is a chance that they will not receive it in time and that it will be returned to the sender. It's not fair. It took 5 days until it was shipped and 12 days until it arrived in Romania, that is, also in the EU. The estimated duration was far exceeded! The object! The watch looks new but it is not. It came in a box with a blank warranty card. No serious watch seller does this. It had to be completed by the seller. Is not! The watch has many scratches on the inner part of the deployant. This means that it was an exposed watch, i.e. Demo. Maybe it was sold and resealed. I need to know these aspects. He had not gone anywhere. If I were taking this watch as a gift, I couldn't do that because it has traces of use - exposure. Not allowed and incorrect. I bought a New object. Communication....only with bots. An incorrect attitude. I paid and did not receive what I was supposed to receive. I did not receive complete and correct information. I would make a return but it took almost a month to receive the item. I'm afraid that I'm left without an object and without money. Their tracking application is as weak as the website. Don't use it! Use 17track! If I didn't use 17track, I think I wouldn't have received the package and it would have returned to them! Avoid this site! I don't understand how they can exist in the EU! They should have been closed a long time ago!

'DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!'. (IT'S A SCAM FOR COUNTERFEIT GOODS!!!!) I ordered Adidas trainers and when they turned up, they are clearly copies. The tongues are different lengths and shapes, The adidas logo isn't stitched on straight and there are scratches and stitch marks on middle of the heal. there's a scratch on the front that has nearly gone all the way through! When you ask to send them back, they ask you to take images of the faults for 'them to decide' whether you are eligible for a refund. The items have to be sent back to Spain by recorded delivery which 'you' have to pay for, as well as the tax and duty on their end. I have now read countless reviews of other people having the same problems with them. It's completely illegal. I don't know how they haven't been shut down and still trading in counterfeit goods being sold as originals. I'm usually pretty savvy when it comes to this sort of thing, but I got caught like every other person that has made the mistake of purchasing an item from them. they do look completely legit, but they are a complete racket scamming people with poor quality counterfeit goods and then making it more expensive to send the products back for a refund than what the goods cost, hoping that the customer won't bother. please, please avoid and don't get caught like I did. I'm Gutted!!!! (as well as being p'$$3d off and still needing a decent pair of trainers!!!!)

Worst customer service i ever met in my life! First of all after 7 days that i paid for my item i still had no information or update about my package. When i tried to reach them out by online chat i was kept waiting in the queue for long time when the window refreshed itself and throw me back to 30th place in the queue. When i send them multiple e-mails about my concerns someone replied me nothing related of my issue. Currently waiting for my refund and ordered the same item from somewhere else yesterday which is already on the way to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with Tradeinn. These people are either simply unprofessional or scamming people!

I ordered an air hockey table. On the day it was estimated to arrive, I checked and it hadn’t been shipped. When it did arrive, the whole side was cracked and the motor had fallen off the underneath of the table (it was basically held on with small nails and glue). The product was cheap cardboard. Customer service was terrible. After asking for photos of the product and packaging, they honed in on a small dent in the outer box and claimed they couldn’t accept a return and issue a refund as the box was damaged and we shouldn’t have accepted the shipment. It was the smallest of dents and there was no way we could have known the item was damaged without opening the box. This company and its shipping agent no doubt have insurance to cover this cost, but it’s easier for them to put it onto the customer. Even if they had accepted the return, we would have had to pay to ship the item back to them ($600) and then order the item again and pay for another round of shipping, as they informed us they do not give exchanges. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service!

I bought 3 pairs of running shoes from Tradeinn. They finally arrived, all three pairs were huge and way too big. They are made in China and look like a cheap copy of the pictures they portray of the shoes on their website. They charged about $35.00 to ship from Spain by way of the Netherlands. Soooo.....I complained to PayPal's Resolution Site but PayPal wants a "direct link" posted in a space but nothing works there. AND, Tradeinn states you can simply "print a return label" within 20 days and BOOM, you send back the crappy merchandise without a problem. HOWEVER, when you hit "PRINT LABEL" you get to decide how you want to charge one of your cards $80.00 more dollars to ship them back to traitor Inn. My bank questioned this imediately and put a hold on my debit card so I wouldn't pay the $80.00. I wasn't paying attention, thinking I was just printing a return label. DON"T BE DECEIVED! I talked to my Bank and they said as long as I don't pay that fee they'd fix my card. They said it looked like a scam. Ok. So now I have 3 sets of huge clown shoes that I will have to donate to the homeless. Im never going to buy anything not manufactured and mailed from the U.S. and plus I will not expect any help from Pay pal who I am sure knows the rep of this warehouse with many names. The resolution center ignored my complaint. I'm sure they get a lot about this company. The shoes appear to be cheaply made and not like actual real running shoes. One star is One too many. And, resolving the problem with PayPal this time was a joke. Ive always loved Paypal but now I will be extra careful ordering anything with them, also.

It’s a scam don’t fall for it! I bought a shoes last month and in the purchase screen was writing it would take 5 days to delivery. After two weeks of delay I sent them an email and they told me that could take between 15-30 days??? Like what??? If they haven’t lied in the ad I would never had bought but ok, two days ago I received a text saying it was delivered but I didn’t receive! I sent them emails again, I contact the store through the website and they don’t answer me. They don’t have any “I didn’t receive the order” button in anywhere and sim starting to accept that was a scam. Be aware, don’t buy in this company!!!

I ordered three articles shown as "in stock" on 01.09, EDD was 16.09. - right on the day we were supposed to leave for our "babymoon" vacation. I moved the said vacation to accomodate the EDD, paying a little something for that but it didn't matter at the time, since I was happy that I'd soon have something to wear in the autumn rain and in a colour beyond the basic two that are sold in my country (plus, my size is sold out already and I loved the previous pair of those shoes I had). Contacted their customer "service" to enquire whether the EU VAT is included in the price, since I don't live in the EU (and at no point of my purchase did the price shown on the website change, to show removal of the VAT). They copy-pasted generic blurb saying that the customs and my own country's tax will be my duty to pay upon delivery - noooo, I wouldn't have known that unless they told me! - which obviously had nothing to do with my enquiry. Repeated enquiry, got almost the same friggin' response from someone (questionable thing) else. A couple of days later when I checked the tracking, it hasn't even been sent! Now it said that the order is "In transit to our dispatch centre" because one of the articles is "ready for shipment on (whatever date it was at the time)", and the delivery date has been pushed to 18. - 19.09! I contacted them immediately to tell them that on that day nobody will be at home to receive the stuff and it will just return to sender, told them I've already moved the vacation, enquired about the VAT for the third time, to which they responded that they're waiting for the item to arrive (a supposedly in-stock item?!) with no information as to when will that happen and that "I'll just have to wait and if I can't, I can remove it from the order (yeah right, now that I finally found those shoes it's so easy to remove them), also convincing me that they do not include VAT in the price (which, as I said, hasn't changed at all from the beginning of the search to the end of the purchase) adding insult to the injury. I asked them to clarify "delayed item"(oh and the order has now been pushed back to 26.09.) since it was shown as "in stock", and asked for some sort of compensation at least, to try and speed the order up. They didn't even bother to read my message, responding with yet another generic answer full of fake apologies but nothing substantial. To my now visibly frustrated question (my due date is at the beginning of November, so their treatment made me feel not like a valued customer, but like an idiot who was tricked into giving them money, stressing me out intensely) of whether anyone bothered to even read my message, I got - you've guessed it! - yet another fake-regrets generic response. I gave up trying to talk to them further, and (the nerve they have!) a few days later I got an email asking to rate their customer "service". Oh and EDD has been pushed now to 24. - 25.10. - a full month and then some, than the original EDD. Stuff from ALI EXPRESS ARIVES SOONER than from Spain, apparently! And if this is their normal "business conduct" (based on the reviews, it seems that it is), how in the seven hells have they stayed in business since 2009?! Unbelieveable (and they're still shown as in-stock!)! I want to cancel the entire order, but there's something for my spouse in it that I know would make him happy to get - if it ever arrives. Save yourself the nerves, the time, and the aggravation of having to deal with such unprofessional company and buy somewhere else.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Appalling experience. Would give no stars if I could. Wish I’d read all the terrible reviews before purchasing. I tried to return the skis I bought but when the return invoice was printed they’d taken more than a third off the price of the refund. Customer service told me it was “shipping and VAT”. When I told them this was a) nonsense because the shipping I paid was £15; and b) Illegal, you can’t just keep VAT, they changed the story and said they were keeping the import taxes. Absolutely nowhere in their T&Cs or returns policy does it say this. In fact it says the opposite, that refunds will be the full cost of the item plus shipping. Now having to have Amex do an investigation to get the money back. Plus when you try to return something, be aware you are liable for the full return cost to Spain - £50 in my case. They don’t cover anything.

I received an email notification to notify me that the parcel was not delivered due to nobody being home to receive it which is impossible as both my wife or myself were home the whole day. Since then I have been trying on two occasions to find out when the next attempt at delivery but I have not heard anything back thus far. I also attempted to use the phone number provide in the email but I am being told that number is disconnected. I also noticed today that a photo of the parcel was shared in the confirmation email but when looking at the sticker on the parcel, it looks like there is no street address. Only street number and city so not quite sure how or where the attempted delivery was made. In any case someone should have contacted me on the phone number that I provided at the time of purchase to sort this issue out.

MESSAGE FOR TRADEINN STORE!!!Now 1 week ago I filed the return form… Now 1 week ago I filed the return form as they asked( with photos). I get message to do AGAIN THE SAME THING( are you kidding me?) ONLY TO GET THE THE RETURN LABEL? THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL RETURN REQUEST? OTHER RESPECTABLE STORE DONT DO THIS S.. IT. Since then I keep writting via site, email( coz the chat wasnt working suddently). No contact Nr. THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR TRADEINN!!! DO YOUR DUTY AND RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHTS, AS I DONT NEED TO GIVE YOU MANY EXPLANATIONS SO YOU RESPECT MY RIGHT TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE ITEM( and you ask me twice to send you a photo with the inside shoe defect?) IT FEELS LIKE YOU RETAIN ME TO RETURN THE ITEM AND NOT RESPECT MY RIGHT AND YOU ARE TOO DEMANDING AND NOT DO YOUR JOB in exchange!! ! I bought a Motorcycle item from Motardinn that's part of the Tradeinn group of companies, because the price was so good AND it was showing IN STOCK on their site. It turns out they did not have it at the time! They got it in stock 10 days after I had ordered it, and despite that, they would not refund me at least the $10 shipping cost as a sign of goodwill and ignored all my email requests. They MISREPRESENT whether they have the item in stock and how long it will take to ship it. BE CAREFUL! And then if you try to figure out what's happening, they continually ignore your questions and just cut and paste replies out of some training manual that has nothing to do with what you asked. Now, TWO WEEKS past the original delivery date, I still do not have the item nor any meaningful tracking info that at least says when I can expect to get it... It would have been faster to order from China!!!
