It really and truly is the best thing since sliced bread. Effects were immediate and permeated all aspects of my life. I hope this isn’t a honeymoon phase. I have ocd (not the’cute kind) and for the first time in my life was free from it.

No other meditation techniques that I've tried for over a decade now have been as effective as transcendental meditation. Less than 10 days into first learning transcendental meditation I am noticing more effects than years of other meditations.

TM has helped me separate myself from the external experiences and things in/of the world that had been causing me stress or had been deluding me. I'm reconnecting with myself and finding inner peace again for the first time in a long time. I wish the app allowed longer access to the four lessons so I could review them while I strengthen my practice.
