Thanks to John and his very thorough teaching I am doing well in my meditation practice. Slowly but shurly there is more mantra and less thinking. The process is relaxing and comfortable. I can visualize the comeing of inlightments in my future. All good in my present.

The meditation was easy and my instructor was very helpful and understanding. I was surprised at how I felt after just a couple of meditation sessions. I had been wanting to learn TM for a while and wished I would have followed through with it sooner.
