“I find it very relaxing and instantly peaceful. I have tried my hardest to meditate at least twice a week and I do find days I accomplish this goal are more serene and easier flowing than when I can only meditate once per day. I would like to build several months in a row of consistent meditation. The ease of it is highly attractive to make it more accessible.”
