“The teacher was v. pleasant and caring. The practice is helpful. I do think that explaining and emphasizing (and possibly providing guidance) re; the need for consistent practice could be deeper. I think the greatest challenge in meditation is developing the structure and consistency. When I took a yoga teacher training there was emphasis on "creating a habit". We were instructed to make every effort to practice our yoga daily for 31 days without fail. It solidified the practice for me.”
“I would have appreciated having more information shared about the mantra "ceremony"--understanding the symbolic meaning of the offerings, etc. (this information was provided when I asked, but I would have felt more included in the actual offering ceremony if I understood what was taking place)”

I did find, however, the first two sessions of the course to be extremely redundant. I wonder if this part of the course could be streamlined and, in result, the cost decreased. Yes, I am finding TM an invaluable tool but it does appear to be commercialized 😞”
“I do believe in the value and power of TM. I have seen enough hard evidence to convince me that it is real. The course and videos are very good. I was turned off by the amount of "sell" on the website. I believe overly selling diminishes things. I also found the cost to be almost prohibitive, it doesn't seem in line with the service/product. The cost structure is a help.”
“I enjoy doing the TM technique 2x a day for twenty minutes. A few times, I have tried it while waiting in a doctor's waiting room and/or other similar areas with success. Recently, I hurt my back but I was still able to do TM lying in the bed. I look forward to enhancing my practice to promote a less stressful lifestyle and improving my concentration.”

I'd have given 5 stars but am annoyed with constantly being asked "was it easy?" ... the constant repetition of the exact same question through talks, checks, and the app seems unnecessarily redundant. Perhaps switch it out ... there are nuances of the underlying concern no doubt.
All in all grateful for the opportunity to learn and am grateful for my deepening TM practice. Thanks so much”
