I find it very relaxing and instantly peaceful. I have tried my hardest to meditate at least twice a week and I do find days I accomplish this goal are more serene and easier flowing than when I can only meditate once per day. I would like to build several months in a row of consistent meditation. The ease of it is highly attractive to make it more accessible.

This technique is so simple & so natural. I am excited to practice twice a day, & I love hearing about the benefits others have felt. TM has made a noticeable difference in my emotional stability, relationships, and overall health. I feel calmer. I have more patience with people. My mood is generally more optimistic. It's a very enjoyable addition to my daily routine, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

It was easy to learn. I think it's a great beginning medidation technique. I plan to explore other techniques . I may register for advanced TM series in the future.

I had let the instructor know my religious beliefs. I have a monotheistic belief and do not partake or bear witness to idolatry. During my session he invited me upstairs in which I was hesitant, then he bowed down and prayed to a picture. I feel tricked and completely disrespected in my belief system. I have tried contacting the center for a refund and no response, as I did not partake in the next sessions after that experience.
