Although I enjoy the practice of meditation and am benefiting from it, I don’t think it was worth the money spent. The fee was quite high for what was provided. Having meditated for a number of years, this practice does not differ nearly enough from other disciplines to justify such an expense. I hope the TM community will consider lowering their fee. Thank you.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but have found this practice to be invaluable. I carry much less anxiety, I'm less reactive to stressful situations, and it's a great way to clear my mind. Oddly, I find myself more connected to others as well, even more compassion and empathy. I'm loving it.

I've really, really enjoyed learning the TM practice! I feel much less stressed now that I practice twice a day, and generally don't let things bother me as much as the used to. I would (and will) recommend the practice to others, it's really been such an amazing experience.

TM has been a game changer for me. I have had anxiety for a handful of years and have tried many different mediation and relaxation techniques, but nothing - nothing! - has done what TM has done for me. My instructor was very helpful throughout the learning process, always thoroughly answering questions and guiding me through the learning process. TM is amazing. I look forward to my meditations every day and make it a priority, since I have felt what it has done for me.

It was very easy to plan in to my weekly schedule. I was hesitant at first, but once started it all flowed. Helen was a calming very informed teacher! I've continued easily with the 2 x 20 minute meditation sessions each day, the untimed 20 minutes is now easily reached with out looking at the clock nearby.

I've meditated for 15 years using other traditions, but have found the gifts of TM to be so much more profound and immediate, vs. the other subtle more elusive benefits of my other practices. It truly is easy and effortless, and my teacher has been so supportive, generous and accessible in all of our follow up work.

A little slow start but each day I seem to have an Aha moment where I realize what used to really bug me doesn’t seem such a big deal. I’m definitely feeling more focused at work. I used to hold the death grip when getting in a car with my husband and I find I’m much more relaxed. Now it’s been a month and I find myself having really good meditations consistently without trying.
