The booking for parking to cover these dates seems to be impossible to access. Why is this?

I arrived a day late, so that morning I called to ensure my room wasn't given away. As I went to check in, the first thing they said was 'your room has been given to somebody else'. Not an impressive start. The carpets along the edges of the walls are filthy and my room smells like a urinal. I won't be coming back to this Travelodge.

Someone had been smoking in the hallway when entering the building and there were “ bits” on the carpet and even the head of a razor on the floor in the bathroom- it didn’t feel very clean at all -

I needed to contact the customer service as I got stranded in Birmingham with no trains and when I finalised my prepaid stay for that night, it changed to the lower offer on 18th June. No phone service. No operators in the live chat.No room and up to 5 Wd to have a reply to my email :/

Very dated hotel, not a single usb charging point available, mouldy bathroom tiles, stained carpet, filthy kettle and vastly overpriced at £119.99 per night. More like a £40 a night youth hostel.

Previous to my arrival I checked if I could drop my bags earlier and reception said yes , on the day of my arrival receptionist(Libby) denied this request she wasn’t professional and unhelpful .

Really disappointed the bathroom needs upgrading old bath and shower , loose toilet roll holder ,fan doesn't work very well in bathroom. Bed lumpy not king size , the building needs a complete overhaul and parking really bad not enough spaces . Worst Travel Lodge we have stayed in .

The web page and app cannot find my upcoming booking. I had to find the details in my email. I wanted to add early check-in to my booking but - no go.

Although I live in the Netherlands I do have an account at Travelodge because I frequently stay at one of your hotels. Unfortunately it appears to be impossible to book a room because of my ‘invalid postal code’. Yes: this may come as a surprise, but in the Netherlands we have different postal codes (sarcasm intended). What’s the use if having an account when you cannot use it to book a room? Apart from that: the hotels are pretty much OK.

The “paid parking” symbol on the photo to me indicated that parking was including with the stay. Turns out I was very wrong and should have paid the extra £4 for the premier inn which is 5 mins away and includes parking…

We booked and did not stay we took one look at the room and front reception and requested a refund to go and stay somewhere else. Th3 front reception was ignored at 4pm we had to phones telephonenumber atreception to see someone. The reception floor was so dirty and sticky our shoes were stuck to the floor. There is dirty and cigarette butts under ther3ception desk. The room windows wer mouldy. There was no. Way I was staying or eating there. The grass at the front door is 4ft high. Does not give confidence in the service of the hotel. We asked fo4 a refund to be told it would be. Processed by Kirsty and it's still has not been done. We have stayed in other travel lodges and they were perfect but this one is disgusting.

Regularly stay in a Travelodge super room and always find it immaculate and very comfortable. That said, prices do seem to vary widely albeit Travelodge remains value for money.

Paid £144 for 2 nights. Next day was inundated with offers for £35 a night. How unfair is this after you've booked! Stay itself was in a reasonable room apart from the filthy carpet. On our second day we came back to no towels just a filthy cleaning cloth left in the bathroom. Queuing at reception to collect some towels and hand over the filthy cloth a man was checking in and said as it doesn't say free breakfast could he get one. The receptionist said yes he could have a free breakfast. Obviously we missed out on this too. Feel that we paid a lot of money here for very little considering the towels, dirty cloth issue etc. Very disappointed.

I don't rate this travelodge at all or the manager she was very rude. I travelled a great distance for a hospital appointment for my child and had booked a room here and phoned aswell to request we had a early check in which was approved but wasn't the case when we arrived she wanted extra payment and also after we informed my pet would be coming once again wasn't noted so wanted extra money and when finally got in the room ment to be a family room well no wasn't the case was one bed I had a meltdown due to the managers attitude. Now have to find somewhere else to stay as disgusted with the managers attitude. Even though have paid for the room

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. At the parking lot, I was told by a lodger who claimed to be staying at the hotel that they "nick cars here, make sure you lock your car". The dream of a nice rest after a long drive vanished. Entrance dirty, carpets patched.
