Our stay at this hotel was awful and we will surely not come back again! The room was so small and the bathroom was dirty. The corridors leading to the room were also dirty and looked very unkept. The parking was awful and staff was unable to advice on where to park and were just unhelpful. Reception was very difficult to find as it was located in the ground floor and we had to spend hours and hours to figure it out.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay the night then this will do. Beds were ok, sheets were clean etc Bathroom needed a deep clean! Floors were dirty, toilet roll holder has green stuff growing off it, not okay. Didn't even attempt to have a shower in there, let alone walk barefoot. Room was also ok, could of done with a deep clean too and modernising. As mentioned above we only stayed for 1 night as visiting family. Just a shame as I don't think it was worth the price we paid.

Messed up my booking and made to pay another £100 plus £10 to change it all done online nothing can be sorted at the reception

I booked 2 rooms for two people for two nights on line. I wanted two rooms at Flexible rate for the 14th and 15th of June. I made a mistake as only one room was Flexible. I phoned this morning to request a change to both rooms at Flexible and pay the difference. Not possible, I was told. You won’t be seeing me again after the 15th.

Booked an overnight stay online, when I received confirmation the date was a random date (not the one I booked). I called and spoke to someone who told me that if I wanted to book my original weekend it would be DOUBLE the price. I cancelled the booking but may have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. The only reason for the one star is that the person I spoke to was polite. Dissappointed.

I’m very disappointed as there was no air conditioning working , couldn’t sleep properly and there was no shampoo and hand wash in toilet . I would never recommend anyone to stay there very bad experience.

We’ve been coming to Travelodge Mansfield Town Centre multiple times during 2022 and 2023 - our first few visits were great, no problems with check in and none with the room. Each time coming back the rooms have deteriorated terribly - the cheap Chinese soap dispensers either don’t work or have partially fallen off the wall mounting. Our room on the latest stay didn’t have hand soap in a working dispenser, and the tv remote was missing. The left side of the main bed had plug and USB socket which didn’t work at all (very annoying not being able to charge a cell phone!), and there was water left on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Come on Travelodge, sort it out! I know you’re a budget hotel, and I don’t expect anything but getting the pure basics right ! You used to be great, what has happened? Am I wasting my money continueing to stay with you?

Is not what I believe to be . Because if I want cancel they dint what refound de money or they dint want cancel sow if you have probleme or cancellation fly you lose money lots of money .

Shocking price hikes on the same 2 rooms in Tamworth central. Price went from £500 to £650 then to £1150 absolutely disgraceful

They took 32 pounds more on the top of 72 pounds for one night. The reason was I have put the date wrong. They took 32 pounds transfer charge to change the dates. Very rude receptionist. Sheets were dirty. No shower gel in the dispenser.

Awful. Didn’t tell me there was building work going on. Scaffolding all around and builders outside my window in the evening and morning. Had to keep the window and curtains shut.

No volveremos a ir, está bien situado pero para lo que cuesta no lo vale, no te limpian la habitación, ni te hacen la cama o cambian las sábanas, un desastre, solo lo hacen después de estar en el hotel 6 días. Nos quejamos dos veces pero nos dijeron que es la política de la empresa, desde que empezó el COVID esto no se ha vuelto hacer

Booked 2 nights ( Tuesday and Wednesday)only stayed 1 as totally not fit for purpose as I am in a wheelchair permanently. No level parking near premises. Instead you have to use a supermarket car park down a hill. "Accessible " bedroom......the bed was so low I almost fell on the floor. Luckily my partner was there to assist me. When this was explained to reception on the the Wednesday morning all they said was take it up with head office. Really helpful...NOT!!!!

Dirty mirrors, dirty chairs, dirty skirtings, dirty tea tray, with NO paid for chocolate treat and a leaking coffee maker! Dirty kettle and bin, no shower gel in dispenser, leaking dispenser for hand wash cleanser all over the floor, bathroom floor dirty in corners, brown limescale in the loo yuk yuk yuk! The only up side was clean sheets and towels, hence the one star, definitely not worth the £148 I paid, in fact it will be the last time that I choose Travelodge, take a left out of Premierinn and get it cleaned!!!!
