Pillows to hard.could not sleep.

The room I was in, was directly over the gym, which is 24 hours, could hear wright's and machines being used all night and people bring in their own loud music during the night. Whilst the was a window, the view was a roof!

I filled in the search details and it came back with a price which I thought was too much. You then bombarded me with emails stating we have a deal for you to get you packing. Yet on perhaps 10 occasions I tried to get the deal - exactly the same price. I tried to get 5 percent off using my ‘Blue Light’ card. Not a hope. Ridiculous

I would constantly have to close the window and book the room again and it would still show that it's booked for 12 people (4 rooms) when I only selected to book one room only for three people.

The travelodge website booked me in at the wrong hotel, spoke to reservations the next day to change it. Was assured there were rooms at Brighton seafront Hotel, I had checked this and the website said fully booked, live chat person Ross b. Tried also to change it to no avail then cut me off on chat. 3 days later the seafront room becomes available at £70 less, this is a disgusting way to treat a customer.

Poor communication when i try to call hotel a few times, no one answers me .No refund and waiting a long tine for answer customer service. No parking space as well.very disappointed

I made a mistake when I booked a room I needed a twin room and by mistake I booked a double. Went on the website to amend and Travelodge want to charge me £10. Shame on Travelodge

Charged me twice for room booking because of error on website, nobody has got back to me to refund me and calling the number is very expensive, not happy.

Accidentally booked same accommodation twice. Cannot speak to anyone to cancel one and hopefully get money back. Genuine mistake. Customer service is unobtainable. Waiting for a response 2 days now.

Travelodge state on its website "We promise to never sell your data or contact you unnecessarily" I think asking me to review them is contact beyond necessary, and so they get a one-star review and will continue to do so everytime they ask.

Very poor, found bug on the bed, no plug for the bath, line down the TV, lights didn't work, had to call maintenance durungva 1 night stay! All in all it was pretty shabby! First time I've used a travel lodge, will be another 20 before I use one again!!

My booking was not honoured. When I arrived I was told that while I had a paid for room and booking that there was no room available and that it is standard practice to double book rooms to allow for people who don’t show up.

Mould was growing in the bathroom had a damp smell to the room kettles had never been cleaned hairs was in the sink and bath 1 curtain was longer than the other tele wasn’t straight just had the worse nights sleep ever
