The worst staff and service. I booked the room for Friday till Sunday. They did not inform me that check was @3pm it did not say my invoice either. I had to and extra & £25 for an early check in which I got there 2pm. I get to my room and it smelt of smoke, there was no towels no toilet paper not even tea or coffee, the kettle was discussing. The fan did not work the windows did not open. And the breakfast was terrible ....Everything about this hotel is very bad 😔 STAY CLEAR FROM THIS TRAVEL LODGE...I left early I complained about and they are refusing me a refund when it clearly says you are intilted to a refund...AGAIN STAY CLEAR do not go to this travel lodge...

I booked for the wrong day of my travels. I canceled the room within 30 minutes of booking and I am not getting a refund. I am traveling by train for two days to catch the ferry. I have contacted travel lodge to enquire about my refund. I received a reply saying someone would get back to me in 5 days.

I want to know why everyone and every organisation wants a review of a service or a product. If there is such insecurity about services and products you simply should not be in a given industry. Further it is so tedious, to have so many emails asking one what they think of this and that...either carry out your own in-house reviews with competent assessors, or find a different job.

Room 9 was filthy, net curtains ripped. Dust on carpet behind bed was that thick I wrote a message in it. Shower curtain rail had black marks over it. Shower fitting ls were old and worn. Cobwebs in various areas.

Hello I got to Cricklewood and I have been told there is no room for me here. I am being sent to Brent Cross instead. I have just passed brent corss in the cab on the way to Cricklewood so have probably lost 60 mins of my life travelling to Cricklewood to be told no room and then having to to travel back to Brent Cross and of course I will have to travel back to Cricklewood in the morning too. I expect a full refund for this inconvenience

Booked a double room for two and ended up getting the disability room (421) with two single beds. One of the beds, the mattress was bigger than the actual bed frame so it was a very uncomfortable sleep to say the least. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t even switch rooms Not only that but took 20-25mins to be checked in as the receptionist was busy cleaning two rooms.

Disturbed by fire alarm in room at 2 am. Went on for 40 mins. Went downstairs to reception where lots of people gathered. Very noisy all night , strong smell of 'weed' in the corridors and tobacco in our room. A?C unit so noisy we turned it off, then very stuffy. Very disappointing

My original booking was and still is a disaster. The dates booked were not the dates I requested. Despite the genuine efforts of hotel reception staff we were unable to contact the (overseas) central reservation helpdesk. The phone was not answered. It appears I may not be able to change the booking due to the rate I chose. I intend to follow up with email.

A shambolic experience with the assistant manager. So rude and careless. Victor I believe was his name. Our car was parked in the car park, the “assistant manager” and 2 other colleagues smoking right outside the front entrance. When asked about unlocking the shutters for the car park. Got the most disrespectful look, he shook his head in disgust as if we were in the wrong for disturbing their “smoking social time”. Not only that was very rude and blunt to get his coworker to open the gate. Fair play to the co-worker who was friendly enough and apologised about his MANAGER’s manners. After a long trip before and then a long trip back just needed a break and did not expect that from a manager. Definitely would be looking to contact travelodge customer service because that was so rude to me and my partner which we did not expect. We even asked as politely as we could! Didn’t realise asking a question which is our right as pretty much customers was so wrong!

The room is noisy because of the extractor fan... lift not working.. No hot water one morning..the place needs a good clean and decorating...I would never stay here again...or any other travelodges....horrendous stay ..

Travelodge have changed me twice for a room, the only way to contact customer services is through a web page, I have had an email acknowledging my problem but nothing since, there needs to be a customer services phone number

Bedroom toilet flush faulty Carpet stained by previous users. Blue badge spaces taken by non blue badge holders visiting gym next door

13 pence a minute to book with you and then 'we can't do this on this number' call back on another number. Person I spoke to on the other number, with respect not a good enough command of spoken english. A genuinely frustrating book experience all round.

The app was not compatible with any of my devices and the web online booking crashed three times resulting in the price increasing by 10 pounds or so by the time my booking went through... Not very impressed at all..

a really useless app which must have been set up by a trainee- it is so user unfriendly I have friends who have stopped using Travelodge because it’s so hard to fathom out. I struggle on because I get good bargains but often wonder why I bother

Booked a double bed room End up with 2 extra beds room was cramped literally no space to walk around bed was most uncomfortable I have ever seen I normally stay in Travelodge but never been this much is disappointing,

Discount code of 5% would not work so not very happy this time with the booking procedure , if you could give us a refund of the 5% we should have saved that would be great , thanks
