All good as usuall, room had a broken tele this time tho looked as bent as a banana, I hope staff are aware of this ? Workington travelodge room 112 I think I was in, I did go to reception to report this but no one was there

Was booking a number of nights stays in different locations and mistakenly booked the wrong day, realised within 2 minutes and called the booking number to resolve. Unfortunately they could not help so told me to email customer services, no phone number! Emailed customer services and I’m still waiting to hear back from the over a day later. Not good customer service at all, especially as my stay is early next week!

I have been staying at Travelodge for over 10 years and never had any problems booking online however the last couple of times trying to book have been unable to . The first time I had to phone direct and pay extra for booking and yesterday I had to use my partners details and card to book. I have updated my credit card, I haven’t moved as you kept saying and am completely at a loss as to why I cannot book

Disgusting price hike . Wanted to book for 3 rd June Always stay in Altrincham and great price but you’ve made it unaffordable for most because it’s a Sat and June !! I would only pay that price for a decent hotel. Greedy and disappointing

Having stayed at the Cheshunt Travel Lodge before I was happy to book accommodation for this weekend again. The website gave me a price for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Although I thought the Saturday price a little expensive I decided to go ahead only to find that when I clicked on the button to book the price had gone up by £2 per room for the Friday night. Salt was rubbed into the wound when I subsequently received an E mail telling me that my requirements were on offer for the original price but I had already paid. £4 will not break either of us but this seems an odd way to treat customers particularly returning ones. Travelodge Leatherhead has been very poor . Imagine me turning up at 6pm and being told the rooms arent ready hallway to the rooms so unkempt. its appauling

I went to the reception desk in Sittingbourne to make a booking. I was told you can only book online. I am 71 and a technophile. Totally ridiculous.

tried to book another room for a friend was a problem with payment so tried again and now it seems 4 rooms have been booked in the name of P Woodhouse for the travel lodge Derby cricket ground 23/06/23 to 25/26/23 when we only want the one , can you please sort this mess out

I'm very annoyed that my payment has been debited more than two weeks before my booked stay. Especially because it is a flexible booking. The first time ever that I have had a hotel take money from me before checking in. I shall take this into account when considering where to stay in future, and travelodge has already fallen to the bottom of my preferences already.

Bed was to hard and was unable to sleep all night. Waste of money. Asked customer service for a refund and answering their questions. They dont understand the clear answers given and all that has been said is that they have changed the pillows. Couldnt speak to a manager due to anxiety. I want a full refund.

Very basic. Three towels no floor towel, no soap in the shower dispenser. Minimum amount of tea and coffee. No Breakfast available other than a pre packed cold one. No where to sit other than in the room, no outside space other than the car park. Massively expensive for what basically is a MOTEL.
