a really useless app which must have been set up by a trainee- it is so user unfriendly I have friends who have stopped using Travelodge because it’s so hard to fathom out. I struggle on because I get good bargains but often wonder why I bother

Discount code of 5% would not work so not very happy this time with the booking procedure , if you could give us a refund of the 5% we should have saved that would be great , thanks

I accidentally booked the wrong location hotel. That's because English is not my first language and I am autistic and disabled. I then rang to ask for this to be moved to the correct location to be told that this is up to customer service and saver rates may may it not likely to happen. This is really discriminatory for police me and it also does not apply any gesture of good will or understanding as I want a simple location change. The person I spoke to Charlotte I believe was really polite, so this is not a reflection on her but on the company's policies. O am now awaiting to find out if Travelodge can accommodate a simple request that should be able to be actioned over the phone as it was reported very quick after booking.

Being charged £24.00 to change a booking date within 5 minutes of the booking being made, once the error was noticed, seemed excessive.

Receptionist was lovely, very helpful. But after travelling all day, we were hungry. Soon as we entered restaurant the chef, who looked like she hadn’t washed in months, and was scruffy said that it wouldn’t be open for another half hour, even though it specified 5pm. When we did sit down, the chef and a waitress spoke loudly to each other well within our ear shot, that the oven was vile. We decided there and then to go elsewhere for food. The nights sleep was the worst ever, ppl talking outdoes our room early hours of the morning, 1am, 2am, banging and clattering from the staff private room next to ours. The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast. The elderly chef was friendly, helpful and cooked breakfast was lovely. We will be tempted to go to premier inn next year in September when we come next. I love travelodge and we always use them but this one was horrendous. Waste of £80 for a start of a holiday we had saved a year for Also windows were dirty, someone had written in the dirt 6/4/23.

probably the worst hotel car park i`ve ever seen. Its full of poles holding the old mill building up and there is no security at all ie cameras or even a barrier. I left straight away and stayed elsewhere. There are much better Hotels in the area and will not be staying there ever.

The Bristol Mitchell Lane Travelodge is a disaster. Keys not working, a man being given a key to an occupied room where the woman was in the shower and the cafe bar!!! Dirty tables and dishes on the counter, staff that couldn’t take a basic order and food that was inedible. Also the dead bolt on the door not working.

I booked one night at the Travel lodge 122 pounds for 3 people, then was told that I had to pay another 172 pounds because something was going on in Nottingham that day. It is open day at Trent university, what a rip off. I now have canceled my booking and found somewhere else at a reasonable rate. Come on Travel lodge get your act together as I will not use you again.

I find your booking app the most difficult one I have encountered. I sent a twitter direct message to you which has not been replied to. We like staying with Travelodge but the booking process is rapidly putting us off!
