I booked by a very genuine mistake and had to cancel and lost the money although i cancelled early.

Disappointing. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were badly in need of TLC and updating and could have been cleaner (Stains down front of toilet, beer bottles behind the curtain in front window and a half eaten packet of dog biscuits) The soap dispenser in the bath didn't work and even if it had worked there was no soap in it. The breakfast was another let down. The continental was brilliant. The hot food consisted of dry bacon and cheap hash browns. I cant comment on scrabbled egg or sausage as I dont eat them. Mushrooms were tastless

I like a hard bed but the bed and pillows are ridiculously hard. The rooms are built for hard wearing not for comfort, metal bath etc Intailly made a 5 night stay but then had to make a second booking to continue stay. Checked out of the first booking end and returned that evening to start second booking to find I had been allocated same room and room hadn’t been cleaned and made up. Even though I had taken all my belongings out of room and was a separate booking. My fault, I should have had telepathy and not presumed that a separate booking gets a clean room.

No where to input a discount code, I have a 5% discount code from Forces Discount Card, there was no field to enter the code.

Spent all day trying to book one night in a travelodge. I think there were problems with your website. I was about to book by phone then saw the costs ! No way.

Needed to actually speak to someone to link two booking. ALL phone numbers either didn’t work or an intermediary.

Android app not fit for purpose. Always stalling and never let me get to the payment page to confirm a booking. Ended up.having to find a laptop and book through the website. SORT YOUR APP OUT!

An appalling place to stay. No Wi-Fi despite paying for it. Could only transact in cash. What looked like faeces on the toilet roll provided. The staff completely disinterested in the problems. Don't waste your money

Booked a room at Woolwich for 2 adults which and expected a super king-size bed as advertised but got a double bed instead. Reception said that is what they have in all their rooms. Customers service insisted I only booked a standard room and hung up on me twice. I have attached photo of the online description

On the 15th of May, I incurred a very bad experience trying to book a hotel. I thought I had booked a hotel , only when I called the hotel directly and the reservation centre, only to be told by both that the hotel booking had not gone through, then to be advised by the reservation employee that the hotel was fully booked. I then booked a nearby travelodge hotel. To my surprise after 1 hour ,30 minutes later received confirmation of my initial booking had gone through and that the other booking plus a further booking in Chichester for the 6th of June had been charged and monies taken from my account had been booked. I am unable to speak to a customer service advisor as they do not take calls only emails. It turned that I paid for 2 nights at different travelodge hotels and a further one in Chichester in june all at the ssme time. I book on a regular basis of 2 hotels a week for my employee to enable him to have a safe place to stay from home. I will be looking to book Premier Inns. Not sure if Travelodge really care of business customers. John J S Couriers

I tried to book for 8 dates in London and worksop costing me over £3000 but despite trying many times and on different computers I was unable to book so have had to go elsewhere.

I created an account and made a reservation for Windsor yesterday. My reservation is not showing up in my account yet. Why the long delay? My credit card has already been charged???

Utter disaster booking with Travelodge. Rang one location, was told we had no booking under our name. Then booked at another location (same date). Turns out we now have 2 expensive bookings and no way of cancelling the 2nd one. Thank you Travelodge and so easy to resolve with the Customer Service online service being unmanned (no one online all morning).
