People smoking weed all evening and being loud into the night situated in the area where the family rooms are. Located in a services area so expected some noise but it’s pretty much a constant. Don’t expect much sleep Staff to be fair couldn’t do much about the problems

Not very helpful when had to cancel a booking didn't state when booked that you could not cancel won't be using them again rip off merchants

Check in was smooth, room was clean and good location however the extremely loud club music playing until 2am wasn’t appreciated right below my window. I’m not a party pooper and love music and having a good time BUT Make sure you request a room not at the of the hotel if you need a decent nights sleep before a long flight!!!!

My booking experience was awful. I rang customer services and the member of staff refused to give me a blue light discount, I asked to speak to the supervisor and this was also refused. I booked online in the end and used the discount code.

I had booked to stay in this hotel over a weekend, the event that was taking place was cancelled, I had booked the room no more than 2 hours prior to cancellation, I received no refund. I had sent an email regarding the matter, still haven’t received anything nearly a week later.

Hi I am 64yrs old and have bad short term memory issues due to two sevre head injuries earlier in life. I do like Travelodge. However I made a mistake on my booking and although I realised it and contacted them within 10 minutes it still lost me £26. On 03/05/2023 I booked for working ton for 13/05 but immediately realised it should have been for 06/05. The 13th was advertised at £79. The 06th was at £63. So when I rectified my mistake I was still charged at £79 for 06th instead of £63 and £10 service charge was added. I do think they should at least allow a cooling off period of say a couple of hours to rectify errors where you are not penalised with the original booking fee when higher than fee for desired date as they do charge you £10 anyway for initiating change. Sorry but this way of doing business has soured my feelings towards this company

Booked a 2 night stay in an accessible room in Travelodge, Tolworth for myself and my disabled wife who needs to have bathroom with a walk in shower and not a bath. When checking in, I was given a non accessible room at thè end of a long corridor, which my wife could not reach and I was advised that all accessible rooms had been booked by one company/Council - although some were empty. My wife and I were then given a slightly nearer room, which was still impractical and we were advised by the manager that he would email the booking company/Council to check if they would give up an accessible room with shower. The whole situation is farcical and unacceptable, particularly as we had pre paid for the two nights and the fact that I telephoned yesterday to ensure that the room was booked for us. I am still waiting for the manager to come back to me to advise that we will be moved, but I am not holding out any hope. Real customers do not appear to be treated with any consideration and I will now be seeking a refund.
