This is just re booking. the phone no. for Travelodge was totally wrong on the several sites i tried to contact you. It was tesco mobile no.!!!! Not only me had same problem 2 others tried and came up with same no. It was only when after i had googled this wrong number next day i recieved a random e mail from you that had correct details!!?? Hope the stay is not so confusing.

I am going to complain to head office. I was told i could keep same room for two days even though i booked separate and reception came banging on my door 10 am bank holiday monday telling me to pack up and move rooms

Redhill Town Centre TL is excellent and gets 5 stars. However, redeeming an e voucher is night to next impossible. Navigating the convoluted process. Badly needs a You Tube instructional video. Give me a call.

Booked a room on your website, went to payment, got a message saying website could not be reached. Went back to try again, managed to reach payment website, everything went through. Then recieved comformation that payment had been taken both times. I now have two bookings for the same day. Tried to cancel one of the bookings but was told i couldn't due to it being the saver rate. So i have had to pay for a room that i am not going to use. Very dissapointed.

Location was good but .... Expensive for one night , and not very clean , we couldn't see outside through the windows because they were dirty and locked ....feel like we have stayed in the basement.... also poor breakfast .......Don't recommend....

As a long term traveling business customer I frequent the Travelodge, to date no complaints, until this one, I was awoken @0130 by a reception barley out of pampers, and was asked to leave. The explanation given was that 2 local prostitute's was seen entering my room !?!?! Gob smaked and shocked at such alligations I ask to speak with manager and see the CCTV, both were denied to me. This was the worst experience of my life and I spent 12 months in Afghanistan.

Very annoyed for my husband to have to wait outside at midnight for over 10 minutes having repeatedly called, rang the doorbell and knocked the door as both the keys had disconnected and weren’t programmed correctly so he was unable to access the building.

App useless. It doesn’t even recognise your booking reference even when you’ve logged in and registered your account. Also changed hotels and requested a refund on my initial booking I can’t believe in this day and age that it takes up to 10, yes 10, days for the refund to be processed. Both website and app really not user friendly in comparison to other sites/apps

I arrived for check in, stood waiting patiently as there was a sign up saying they were away from reception for a short moment. I waited , called the number, no answer. Waited again , eventually someone picked up and said wait they’re coming … the person was polite once there. Unfortunately the place smells OLD. I could not stay there the night and handed keys back and checked out within hours. If you can get over the stale elk you might like it. But I couldn’t , so as I left , again no one at reception. I walked out and there was a couple of women stood smoking goodness knows what , they began abusing me for no reason. I felt very unsafe. Not going there again.

When I arrived at the hotel there were no rooms despite me having a confirmed booking. The staff were rude and unhelpful, sighing and saying “Christ” under his breath when I asked him to arrange an alternative nearby. He said I would have to pay again and claim the money back myself. The two members of staff then hid in the back room for ages before putting their coats on and saying they were going home, seemingly abandoning their posts while sleeping guests were in the hotel, this would be a massive breach of fire regulations.

No receptionist on arrival - waited 45 minutes for someone to appear. Bathroom filthy - last guests towels still in it. Bedroom dirty and not vacuumed.

Hotel states it has accessible parking. Hot here and they wouldn’t give me a space as I don’t have a blue badge.

I tried to use a covid voucher but was told it had expired. There is no expiry discussed or shown on the relevant email and I did ring up at one point to check and was told there was no time limit on them….. really disappointed and although I have booked this time I’m sorry to say it will be the last….If anyone wants to explain how you can keep my money my telephone number is below…..07971 025996….colinlfish@hotmail.com

I'm sorry but trying to book was hard work as the payment didn't work, I tried 3 times and was ready to give up. I have to say I've booked and stayed many times at various Travelodge places and have always found it no problem to book.
