((My horrible experience were on 9thJuly to 10th July in Gainsborough Travelodge)) ~Travelodge seems great but in Gxxxxxxh , their service is worser than no star hotel😌Sorry Travelodge Gxxxxxh gave me a very bad image😕😕😕& the hotel review platforms are all controlled not to give negative comments ~~ That’s why I have to speak out.💪💪 For I travelled long and experienced lots of hotels in UK and EU, I had not experience like that one in Gxxxxxxh 😌 For a small rubbish bin outside room ( I put it out of room for it was full -I did the same as all other hotels and I did not contact them for even a word and expecting they would clean it next day , years of my experiences, no hotel from 2 stars to 5 stars would see it as a problem ), but yes just for that , the Gxxxxxxh Travelodge staff could shout and disturb customers at night~~~ 👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻After 21:30PM, the staff discovered it ,then knocked my door loudly and few minutes later to shout as I was lying already on bed quietly and reluctant to open the door but they continuously knocked my door loudly to hope to force me to talk and my door hoisting “ do not disturb “‼️…..They insisted in long for over 40mins in between I had told them don’t disturb me and felt very reluctant to talk with the bizarre staff and the staff just stopped till I phoned the reservation hotline to complaints the 2 times to suggest that they could call police for emergency if anything wrong for the bin . And next morning the Sunday morning 8:10AM , they were knocking my door again and one lady even invaded to open my door during my sleeping about 10 am‼️‼️😤😤😤 😤😤😤😤😤😤And then I discovered there were lot of customers’ complaints about Gxxxxxh Travelodge staff breaching privacy regulations and also others dirty stains but all these comments were covered by the platforms ‼️‼️👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻👿👿👿I would like to ask 👉🏻What kind of trained staff~~~forcing and ordering customers to talk after 21:30 PM at night and before 8:30 AM on Sunday just for a bin( talking above )⁉️‼️

I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel as l had a very bad experience, due to this l have anxiety staying at any travelodge hotel based on my experience at this branch. I booked the hotel for two days and the night that I checked in, l went into my room, got ready for bed. At around 11:30pm someone walked into my room and l panicked once they left l quickly walked out and found that it was male staff member who claimed my room door was open as that was not the case. As I had checked the door and placed the do not disturb sign on the door handle outside. I couldn’t sleep and I double locked the door. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel for the remainder of my stay due to being in a different city. The next day I immediately informed a staff member explaining the situation. She informed me that she would pass this onto management who was Julie. As she was away. I emailed Julie who wasn’t understanding whatsoever and tried to justify someone entering my room. She didn’t reply back to any other emails from myself. I am appalled on how this matter was dealt with.

I had the displeasure of staying at a Travelodge for 2 days in April and it was DISMAL. The room was tiny with no windows, it felt like a cupboard rather than a bedroom. There was just one filthy skylight high up in the ceiling with no blind on it so as soon as the sun came up at 5am the room was too bright to sleep in. Not that I'd have slept much anyway, given how noisy the hotel is and how uncomfortable the beds are. I will NEVER use a Travelodge again after this disgusting experience.

Please run! They are in need of money that they will not amend the charges for checking out early. Please spend your $600+ on a decent property. This one is substandard!

This is about travel lodge on junction 27 near Tiverton and the staff. My partner and I where bribed with a ground floor room to give a 5 star review, then got put in a mouldy room, mouldy carpets and lamp shades, unhoovered etc. this made me and my partner ill. We are here while at being rehoused due to an on going police investigation that my partner was VICTIM of. My partner collapsed from oxygen deprivation upon exiting the shower the early hours yesterday morning and was taken to hospital. Your staff have accused us of being on drugs and are trying to kick us out because ‘it smells of tcp to hide the smell of drugs’ which is used to clean her cuts as she has some deep cuts from self harm after the the police incident. The paramedics that checked her after regaining conciousness, even confirmed no drugs in her system. This is DISGUSTING. The ceiling has also collapsed during our stay and has not been dealt with accordingly.

Oceanside CA review. Pictures say everything I have to say. This was 3/4/2022. Also you can here between rooms with the pass thru door, voices, bathroom appliances in use, etc.

Travelodge customer service personnel openly scoffs at customers. Once they've got you money, you ain't getting it back. Their policy is to pray on the elderly. Don't bother getting a reservation at this 1/2 star motel.

Breakfast was a shambles. We paid extra for this and didn’t get any. Had to wait 10 mins for coffee machine to work and no cups. When food came out in small portions people that had already eaten went up for 2nd 3rds which left us with nothing again. Just walked out in the end and went to a local cafe for breakfast. We have a 3 yr & 5 yr old which is not very good service.. We had to wait ages for the lift and it broke the night we stayed so had to bop it down the stairs from the 8th floor… which unfortunately caused a puncture !! The worst travel lodge I have ever stopped in … no organisation st all.

Really terrible service very untidy room and the it’s small and it’s doesn’t close from inside. When I spoke to the customer service and they were so disrespectful I recommend people not to waste this money in this hotel. The pictures presented in the site are fabulous and make people wants to come but it’s actually the opposite.

BED BUG ALERT!! This place was awful! The rooms were advertised for $60 a piece. Everything in Valdosta and surrounding areas were booked. Upon arrival they charged me $80 a piece for two rooms. When we entered the rooms zero lights worked. We did not have remotes. Neither TV worked in either room. The bathrooms were disgusting. No phone or wifi!! They insisted there was nothing that they can do about any of our problems including giving us towels. The next morning my son woke up covered with bites. They wouldn't even offer a refund. A $200 stay just to end up with bed bugs? I would have rather slept in my car. Also. nNO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH

Absolutely awful customer service. We’ve been told we have to self-isolate as my daughter has been in contact with someone from her nursery that’s tested positive for COVID. So we’re unable to travel this coming weekend. I’ve called them twice and sent a form off on their website. Absolutely nothing back or no help over the phone - “just fill in the form and wait for someone to come back to you”. I just need a voucher code confirming so I can use it at a later date. Being messed around massively and doubt I’d stay in a Travelodge again now!

Don't be foolish and book with these... I am going to raise awareness on all platforms with multiple messages.. and reviews. I booked a room for £78 I went to ammend it to add another room but ended up cancelling by mistake.. 2 minutes later I have contacted them and spoke to Rich in Central reservations. who said the room has gone and I still have to pay the money.. I have photos of all this if anyone wants proof. if the room is gone fine I understand that but (win in 2 minutes mind) but not to offer me a replacement is disgusting. when I messaged them on Facebook I had a message off 'james' sorry you will still pay. AVOID this company ad it is a joke! no offer to resolve this.. nothing.

Booked Ayr Travelodge for three nights in January using a voucher from a previous cancellation due to Covid. The hotel got in touch via email informing us of our cancellation for Ayr, once again due to Covid, and offering a full refund or voucher. It was quite clear in the email, accept the voucher with some slightly generous terms or a full refund offered in full within 14 days. I opted for the refund, and to no great surprise the refund didn’t happen. Strangely enough, we had Premier Inn cancel on us last year due to Covid, but the only difference is the money was refund within a few days. So, as I do enjoy my stay in Ayr, there is nothing preventing me from booking the Premier Inn which is literally across the road. At least they can be trusted!!

Dont trust any of the hotel staff or customer services on the phone. They will tell you lies in order to defraud you and accuse you of lying so as not to give a refund. There is no moral fiber about this company during cv19, looks to me this company are going to the wall.

Booked two rooms, 3 visitors for a 3 day visit. NO HOT WATER for evening bath or shower, nor the next evening....... We frequently book Travelodge when working, we leave at 04.30 in the morning and need to bath or at least shower before finding a place to eat. To be told that an engineer would sort out the "pump" within the hour. There was hot water at 04.00 but nothing in the evening. POOR SERVICE. Furthermore, the tv remote did not work properly so we could not control the tv from the bed. The receptionist was polite could not help to resolve any problems,
