Tried to log in for 30 minutes free WiFi would not let me think.wfi should be standard in hotels the quality of your rooms is not good no hairdryer in room.and the shower gel.did not work I booked a room for 2 people only 1 towel for two people no air conditioner and no fan provided I will not be booking again premier inn much better service

In 2023, I expect a reply from so called Customer Services, within a day, not the 5 business days I've been quoted.

The booking wasn't easy, I seemed to have to type everything in twice and to get to the check out, book and pay took me about three attempts. I had to keep aborting the site and start again. There seems to be two sites, once you complete the first site saying where and when you want to stay it takes you to a second site where you have to start over again and fill in the same details.

I could not change my booking so I lost my money. I’m on an international phone and won’t pay a minute by minute charge to use your ‘helpline’, and there is no other way to change bookings. If you think this is acceptable, then there is little your customers can tell you that will improve your service.

A disaster! Checked in 4pm - was told we have 15minutes to unload car or we have to pay parking? WHAT??? Went to room, put on ac, wasnt working. Error: filter needs to be cleaned. It was filthy. Told front desk we would be out for a few hours. They said it would be checked within an hour. It wasnt. Returned 5 hrs later to hot room. No phone in room. Had to go down to reception. Was asked to wait while they checked in a group. Girl on reception came to check. Said they would move us to another room. Next room on same floor was much cooler. However, BOTH duvets were badly stained, one with what looked like blood, the next like vomit and smelt like it. Another walk/lift to reception. Another wait. It was 11pm before sheets/duvets were replaced. To "clear" the sink you have to press to one side of the base of the sinkhole - disgusting. The shower was barely warm. Internet was not free. I saw a LIE online that airport shuttle was free. it ISNT. 4.50 adults, 3.50 children. Carpets in hallways stained, dirty. Chairs in reception stained. Disgusting. Not even reception can they keep clean. Whoever put stained linen on the beds should be fired. They dont deserve a 1 out of 5. Will I return? You bet I wont.

Sadly I did not have a good experience with my booking. I’m not sure if the site isn’t mobile friendly, the site often didn’t respond. It was very frustrating. I haven’t had a problem with previous bookings.

I have not yet arrived. Booked yesterday at 83.99 now the same room is 64.99 Shambles. Not happy that’s nearly 20 pounds

Travelodge Dorking is very tired, some rooms show signs of damp. Very very overpriced for such a poor standard.

I booked online. Their website unaccountably confirmed the booking for a different date. I called their helpline to get the date corrected - only to be told that it would cost me £50 to change the date!!!! Robbers!

Very poor. The carpet in the room was dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed. The soap dispenser was not working and although I raised this with members of staff twice, and they said they would fix it, they did not. Some of the staff were just sitting around chatting. The air conditioning made the room too cold and could not be adjusted. To top it all, there was a lot of noise during the night from the aircon and the plumbing which made it difficult to sleep. This is most probably one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered and I have stayed in a fair few. In the future, I will avoid it like the plague and probably the brand as well for fear of a similar experience.

In error, I booked a room for the wrong date. When I tried to change this I was charged £63 on top of the original booking cost of £78. I noticed my error within 2 minutes of making the booking but that made no difference. I feel as if I have been robbed blind for a simple mistake which I am sure many people make. I am unlikely to use Travelodge again.

I tried to book this stay on line and failed three times, first time a logged in and went through the booking process, firstly it asked me for my post code which I filled in, it then asked me to select address which I did and came up this address does not exist!!!! So started again this time it accepted address, got through to payment used Apple Pay payment failed!!!! So started again this time I signed in using same sign in details and was told not recognised!!!! Eventually having used the same details it let me in again, this time at payment I used my credit card again it came up failed!!!! So I thought third time lucky so I used my debit card, and despite getting the authority from my bank it failed again!!!!! Eventually a friend suggested I download the app and this time booking was complete. Certainly not impressed with the booking process, only gave it one star because it wouldn’t except no star
