Selection of travel lodge hotels is great. my complaint is when trying to book an international hotel, very hard to work through it.

The good thing about Travelodge, is that they allow Dogs. The rooms are adequate. Disappointed on a couple of issues. Firstly, Shower over Bath. We're getting older and this was a difficulty. Secondly, the Chairs. Hard, plastic suitable for patios. No padding or cushions. Very uncomfortable. Thirdly, the Bed was a little high. Staff were lovely. Very helpful. Would use them again because of their Pet policy

Overall it was a good experience. The room and facilities were great.However, I paid £6 for 48hr of WiFi which we couldn’t access. At reception I was told that reception for WiFi was notoriously bad in Chester, so I asked for a refund, which I haven’t received yet!

The new rooms are great but I find it annoying when none of the voucher codes work. Please dont agree with companies to advertise a code for you when you have no intention of accepting them it's irritating

Booking was very easy. The whole process involves almost no human contact before you are in your room. A bit sad really as it’s a social experience too. This is an honest review with no exaggeration. The hotel was acceptable nothing more. Didn’t feel safe in my room as a couple tried to enter and the security guard with them told me to go back into my room it was nothing. Never got any explanation or reassurance even from reception. The room did need some redecorating but it was ok. Overall it suited my purpose for being there. Had everything I needed and working.

This is a very tired Travelodge in desperate need of some redecoration. Sunny and team are always welcoming. The prices though are just not consitant week to week. I can get 2 nights for about £140 and another week its over £300. Also cannot understand why you do not do loyalty schemes. I stay in London 2 nights every week

Checke in with 2 adults and a child (15) and called to check we will have pull out he’s ready but was not. And no toilet paper. Had to ask for some at reception.

Staff very helpful, room clean. Only downfall is constant noise from the boiler room next to our room (37) resulting in a terrible nights sleep

Very expensive for a small basic room. I thought the room may be bigger. I also expected a king size bed in this room?

Greetings, the online booking is quite well structured and friendly uses. It would have deserved at least 4 stars. However, I was not well impressed contacting your call center. I needed additional information and the first person I got in contact with was unprofessional and unpolite, let's say even a bit rude. Fortunately I didn't give up and tried to reach a second number, this time I was supported very well. I have been your guest in the past and we decided to come back and stay with my family at Travelodge since the last experience was good. I hope this post can give you adding value. In my opinion, having a bad experience with the first approach can mean losing chances of new incoming clients, but it can also damage the professional image of your service. I would have given 5 stars, but when I first telephoned Central Reservations, having waited 5 minutes for the call to be. picked up, I began to give details to the Travelodge representative and she hung up on me! Fortunately, the second time was a better experience.

I wish I could give more stars since the room was clean.Bathroom was cleaned to standard and the presentation of the bedroom was good.Receptionist very kind.I had to remove 2stars because I didn't sleep one second.The room was smelly on arrival and whole night,I guess it's the carpet.Room number was 1.Secondly the noise from corridor and the room above is too much.I felt like the ceiling would give up and one point and fall.The guy who was running above me at2am must have some problem and flat feet..Simply I didn't sleep.Apart from that I would recommend because it was clean.I think the builders didn't do good job and floor is from wood.

Great variance in room quality depending upon where you stay. Good to poor. Staff can be brilliant but, get the wrong person and you have problems. I have formally complained before and response is nil. Improving overall but no longer very good value for money. Price increases have been very substantial, beyond the rise in quality.
