“We love going to the Travelodge in Bath. Sadly with covid and then the train strikes we have had to cancel some breaks we have booked there and elsewhere. We did manage to go to Bath a few weeks back and were delighted with the way we were welcomed back and were looked after so well. We so wanted to book up at other places but sadly the reason for not doing so was the trains are so unreliable at present which has been a great disappointment as we had so many breaks in mind. We have always found Traveloges a great way to have 2 or 3 days away at a reasonable price.”

“In general, the Travelodge booking system is fine but there were two major glitches with this booking: 1. It would not accept payment using a US Credit Card 2. The Parking is shambles. Parking is critically important for me as two passengers have severe mobility issues. However, whatever we did with Travelodge or Horizon Spaces I could not pre-book the parking and was constantly referred to a non-functioning App. If you don't have parking or it can't be pre-booked, say so. Don't mess your customers around - especially AFTER the rooms are booked. This is a source of anxiety for me now as we may arrive and find there is no parking available.”

“I was trying to use BlueLight discount but the voucher code kept having an error so I had to start the booking process again. It also wasn't clear how to use this voucher initially.”
