“Shocking price hikes on the same 2 rooms in Tamworth central. Price went from £500 to £650 then to £1150 absolutely disgraceful”

“They took 32 pounds more on the top of 72 pounds for one night. The reason was I have put the date wrong. They took 32 pounds transfer charge to change the dates. Very rude receptionist. Sheets were dirty. No shower gel in the dispenser.”

“Stayed at the LBA Travelodge several times. Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff and very convenient if you have an early flight. My only gripe is that bona fide guests should get a discount on, or free, overnight parking.”

“I found it difficult to book a room for two people as the page was showing a default number of guests as one. I had to try several times to get the right booking.”

“I tried to book on my phone and accidentally put in the incorrect date, I tried and tried to rectify this but instead of changing the date the booking added a date, I did this numerous times and gave up eventually making the booking on my wife’s phone. Amendments to bookings are almost impossible using your system, this wasn’t the first time and I can assure you that it puts customers off if the booking system isn’t friendly!”
