“After having to book in at the last minute as our original air BnB was horrendous,the girls who where on shift last night where absolute Angels. Couldn't do enough for us,lesson learned. Don't bother going anywhere else if coming to Brighton,the Travelodge is impeccably clean and the staff are very welcoming”

“This was the worst hotel I have stayed in Doesn't look like the picture. I have a temporary disability, yet I was put in a room on the 2nd floor in an hotel with no lift. The rooms were archaic. I took a break from Premier Inn and regret. The restaurant next door was a TOBY carvery. The choices were a roast or a roast, and the service was awful I wanted a glass of wine but the brand I wanted I couldn't have as they couldn't find a corkscrew. Mindboggling.”

“The website crashed on my computer, so I rebooted and booked again and somehow have booked the same dates twice for the same place. Trying now for a refund for 1 of the booking made”

“I booked 2 rooms at the same time, both should have been flex rates but one turned out to be non-flex and I was unable to change to this even on the same day as the booking. Also on one of the rooms I only wanted to select breakfast for one person out of the two staying, your website doesn't enable this to be done”

“Assistant manager Micheal at travelodge docklands central was very amazing. He solved our issue of the hotel room access cards not working. He apologised on behalf of collegaues the day of arrival was not the best experience. But Micheal solved the issue by moving us to another family room which less was inconveniencing each time we went out . Overall hotel was very clean and tidy.”
