“Clean smart friendly hotel , what more do you need”

“I booked 2 rooms at the same time, both should have been flex rates but one turned out to be non-flex and I was unable to change to this even on the same day as the booking. Also on one of the rooms I only wanted to select breakfast for one person out of the two staying, your website doesn't enable this to be done”

“Assistant manager Micheal at travelodge docklands central was very amazing. He solved our issue of the hotel room access cards not working. He apologised on behalf of collegaues the day of arrival was not the best experience. But Micheal solved the issue by moving us to another family room which less was inconveniencing each time we went out . Overall hotel was very clean and tidy.”

“There is an anomaly of missing 'options' in the 'billing' page when logged in to "my account" which makes it impossible for anyone living outside of the UK to make a booking. If living outside of the UK you must NOT be logged in to "my account" in order to make a booking.”

“This is a regular Travelodge for us. The ample parking, walkability to Cardiff Bay attractions and helpful staff on site are all significant factors in this. Thank you Travelodge.”
