“It’s a terrible service. I booked a flight ticket with them. Ticket was issued but they said it’s not issued with the airline they asked me to change the ticket or refund. I agreed to change the ticket but it took more the. 3 days they weren’t able to give a a new ticket even though I kept calling but what I got was standard answer from the helpline. I had to take the refund which meant now I have to book a new ticket (not with them again) with much higher price compare to a week ago. Terrible customer service and they won’t care about your complaints or their responsibility at all. They will make you feel frustrated with the whole process then you will end up choose the most easy way for them which is refund to you and don’t care about the rest.”
