Jadi semua pelanggan harus selalu berwaspada penuh jika berurusan dengan masalah Refund. Jangan asal percaya pada pihak ! Harus selalu berkoordinasi dengan pihak maskapai !”
“There are too many advertisements and promotional pop-ups in the Traveloka app that appear constantly and annoyingly. This makes the experience of searching for tickets or hotels uncomfortable. The app should focus more on user convenience, not making users feel like they are in a night market with promotions popping up everywhere. Reduce the number of adverts and pop-ups to improve user experience.”
