I booked a flight with them. My Dad died the same day. They said they were very sorry to hear of my family's tragedy. They refused any credit or refund.

I was frustrated by repeated setbacks and lacklustre support from other providers, but Michael and team completely changed that. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, communicated consistently, and resolved the issue with professionalism. Their outstanding commitment really made a difference.

Really bad customer service. I am unable to travel for medical reasons and have Dr. supporting my claim with letters (3)-- Traveloka kept telling me Air Canada wanted things, passports, letters, more letters, all of which I provided. Then they told me it was Air Canada who refused to cooperate. BS. Too much hassle, not good!

Bait and switch technique. They change the prices just before you are ready to pay. DO NOT USE Traveloka. They are scammers.

Do not ever book from this site!!! I booked a flight to Gold Coast, and after 4 hours,Jenny the agent called me saying there was a price difference of $41, so I had to pay it as they couldn’t proceed with the original price. They said they would give me an hour to decide and then call me back. I waited, but they never called. So, I called them within that one hour to pay the difference. Shockingly, they had no idea about the flight I had booked. Then, an hour later, the same agent who first spoke to me called again and said I needed to pay the $41, and she would send me a link. I waited for the link, but after another hour she called again, this time saying the flight price had increased further and now I had to pay $78!!! Seriously?! What kind of customer service is this? If the agent had called me back within the first hour as promised, the price wouldn’t have changed. This site is a scam!!!

❌ Terrible customer support and unethical refund policy I made a simple booking mistake and contacted Traveloka within minutes to correct the destination. Despite being a Platinum customer, they refused to offer any flexibility or goodwill. They insisted on keeping 25% of the total fare — even though no service had been used and the mistake was immediately reported. I was passed around to more than 4 different support agents, and all of them just repeated the same scripted answers. Not a single one was willing to escalate the issue or connect me with a senior person. It was clear they had no real intention to help. This is not the first time we’ve lost money because of Traveloka’s rigid and inflexible refund/change policies. Other platforms like Trip.com provide free cancellations and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I do not recommend using Traveloka. If you value fairness, flexibility, and proper service, choose another platform. I will never use Traveloka again and will strongly advise others to avoid it too.

The company is very unreliable, selling tickets that don’t even exist. The flight booking disappeared a couple of hours before the flight. No one informed or notified us. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from here – it’s a scam. There is no support to help with anything. At least they refunded the money after a week.

Hello, can someone please explain why I was charged twice for rescheduling my hotel stay on Traveloka? I followed the process, and your platform confirmed that rescheduling is allowed if the hotel permits it which they did. But instead of adjusting my original booking, you charged me for a whole extra night and now refuse to refund the duplicate charge. I’ve been waiting for a resolution for days and all I get are vague replies. This is incredibly unfair and feels like I’m being penalized for something that should have been simple. Please return my money. This isn’t just poor customer service it’s unethical.

Traveloka Overcharged Me Nearly Triple the Advertised Flight Price: I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience using the Traveloka platform. When I booked a flight from Padang (Indonesia) to Coimbatore (India) with a stopover in Singapore, the advertised price shown on the Traveloka website was USD 165. However, upon payment, not only was I charged in an unexpected currency (Malaysian Ringgit or Thai Baht, instead of USD), but the amount charged was nearly three times higher — over USD 500. I immediately contacted Traveloka to request an explanation and a refund for the excessive amount charged. Unfortunately, my refund request was denied. Their only response was that flight prices are volatile, which I understand — to a certain extent. However, I must stress that no legitimate fluctuation in airfare should result in a 300% increase from the initially displayed price. This is neither reasonable nor acceptable. I feel cheated, misled, and financially harmed by Traveloka. What was shown to me was one price, and what was ultimately charged was far more — with no clear or fair explanation. This experience has caused me significant stress and financial damage. I request a full and fair investigation of this matter, a refund of the overcharged amount, and transparency from Traveloka to ensure no other customer goes through the same experience.
