My ticket was fully refundable and the agent told me she can’t process it cause it got rejected when I just book my flight 30 minutes ago and it was fully refundable she said I have to wait 30-90 days. Very unacceptable customer service don’t know what to do. Please don’t book your flight with them the inconvenience and frustration is not worth it.”

The total amount we saw was 500 plus where the charging is 4K plus. I feel like this is a scam whereby they have hidden fee and didn’t show the correct fee. Beware of website.”
“I tried booking a hotel in Vietnam, Can Tho. After many attempts, I was informed by them that payment fail so booking didn’t go through. All transactions shows pending and that it didn’t go through. Then afterwards I found out they have charged me for my booking. I was unaware that payment went through. I found out after the day of my reservation date because they asked me for a review. Then I went through my bank account and found out they have charged it on the day they said payment fail. I have been in contact with them for a week now for a refund. They keep telling me different things. I keep telling them it’s their fault for not informing me that payment went through. I did not get an email confirming that payment went through and that I have a booking. I got no e voucher from them. I don’t even see a the receipt of the transaction on the their app. I only found out from my bank account charges. They are not a trust worthy site and customer service is horrible, as they don’t understand your situation and answered as a computer agent. I’m never using them again after this.”

CANADA AIRLINE suddenly rescheduled my flight after I bought the ticket, I received an email from traveloka and I was given the right to change the date or time of the flight if I don't like the reschedule made by CANADA AIRLINE or to get a refund. to connect with traveloka via chat is the most difficult and you have to wait for about 5-6 hours, to get their answer, and for each of your questions, you will receive an answer after 1-2 hours. (traveloka you need to fix this problem) back to the story when I made a request to withdraw because I couldn't follow the schedule, at first they didn't allow it on the grounds that Canada Airline decided to change the schedule. I tried to request a refund but it was not allowed because the tickets I bought from them (traveloka) cannot be rescheduled and refunded. first it's not my fault for rescheduling. I ended up giving bad feedback on traveloka to end the chat and I had to buy a new ticket. this is what makes me determined not to buy tickets through this platform again.”

“I bought 4 tix for what I thought was admission to Singapore Sentosa Adventure cove. Turned out these were skip the queue tickets for some of the popular rides. When I reached Sentosa, I was told I had to buy the admission tickets and could ask Traveloka for refund. Wrote to Traveloka to ask for refund on the basis their info for the package on the website was unclear and misleading. I didn't get a refund at all. Boycott Traveloka at all costs.”
“Airline cancelled my flight, so I opted for refund. Turned out traveloka only allows credit refund; your money is gone for good if you’re travelling anytime soon. My other flight is also affected by this airline cancellation, but traveloka denied my refund request as airline cancellation by saying this flight is still open. Even when I can no longer use that flight. I wrote to customer support twice two weeks ago, and so far there is no response of any kinds. The airline is obviously at fault, but traveloka’s attitude and speed of action are far worse. For unknown reason, the website doesn’t allow me to submit my review with the screenshot of my two bookings.”

“I used their app to book my flights, but their system issued me an incorrect ticket. Despite contacting them the minute I received the incorrect e-ticket, they have been incredibly uncooperative in rescheduling my flight. It takes ages to get through to an agent on their customer service line and when you do finally speak to someone, they tell you that they can't do anything, but will pass your message along. Their chat support is even worse, with whoever handling that being completely incompetent. They reschedule the flight to whenever they choose, i.e., completely wrong dates, and still try to charge a rescheduling fee, irrespective of the fact that the whole situation arose due to their system error. I will never use them again and am now out of pocket having to book an extra night's accommodation because I won't arrive in time to catch the ferry to my end destination. I absolutely do NOT recommend using them: the couple of bucks you're looking to save are not worth the hassle of having to deal with their faulty systems and useless staff.”
